104-No Signal is being displayed on screen. From morning this problem is there.

I want to change my cisco simple set top box in HD set top box and my local operator demanding 1500 rupees but i call customare care and they told me that fastway take charges only 700rs

The channel which available in Set up box are not show clear resolution. It are totally cut or blur.

They have charged 400 instead of 350 that is wrong

Cable operator is getting more cable rent than us . My cable rent 325 what cable operator charge 350. Main apni pasand ke kuchh channel chalana chahta hun unhen bhi chala kar nahin de raha hai kripya karke meri is samasya ka Samadhan kijiye

It always show 105 code
Whenever i call to customer care they just say ... It will work soon
But its about 1 year now i never watched a single serial full without 104 signal ... Really unsatisfied fastway

It is intimated that Today I called Sonu, his mobile number is [protected], that our cable is not working since morning, but he gave me another contact number i. e [protected] & said that This is not my area, u can call on [protected] number. There after I called on this number which is the number of Aman, aman said Pls wait I will do. It is regretted to inform u that my cable is not working and complaint not attended. This is not first time, many time our complaint were not attended.
So. plz resolve my complaint immediately. otherwise I will cut off my cable connections. I have two connections.

Sir, actually Hamare ghar mein 15 din se cable Nahin a rahi hai aur jab Ham apni cable operator ko phone karte hain to vah phone Nahin uthate Hain Hain and we want to change our cable operator

This is so frustrating. Worst customer experience ever . What's the point of paying for wifi if we are not getting the best services . Please look up fro the issue . I'm from firozpur and whenever i make a call to the customer care they are always like madam abhi chl jataa h bs 10 min and then there is no sign of progress ever after an hour and after talking to them again ...they respond me like madam pishe se issue h hamaare trf ch chl rha h line poori clear .even today it's from morning it's not working

This is reagarding the no service of fastway cable connection, as from last 30 days fastway network in not working, i have callled to your customer service and area service person many times but not satisfy answer, no techician came to correct. If there is no service please let us know. We have two set top box installed is our home.
Local service person also not worrying about.
We are loosing too much because of not working fastway cable.
We regularly giving payment but service is not good.
Please advise but to do.

Dear team,
As I am associated with fastway from May2021 to till date and first payment done online and on June 2021 done by cash payment but from this month July 2021, I paid cash payment of 300 rs to local operator name (Glassy [protected])- and he was deny that I will not received from you.After the long discussion with local operator I will paid online 325 rs at evening .
All above efforts will done by me and till the time my activation of STB is not reconnected.Even I call to local operator for more than 40 times but he didn't pick my call.
- Kindly look at this matter or please return my all funds of installation and diconnect the connection ASAP as I am totally frustrated with your services .
