Cable not working for 48 hours. cable operator not picking phone. he blocked us . when he picks he says i will come in 2 hours, but 48 hours and still no sight of him.

you company may go to HELL!

and tata sky is better option than you heckers!!!

Cable is not working properly. There is lots of network and signal issues in cable. Everytime when we called cable operator he is demanding money from us for fixing cable connection. Besides he took rent @330 rupees for each connection everymonth from us. We have two connections in same house and both are not working. Pl let us know why should we pay extra service charges if cable signal is not in working condition. Kindly resolve out our problem asap.

Sadly I have to report here again after doing the same two days back . The error code 104 dominates the television screen half of the time for no reason. Disgust service . The cable operater named Mr. Inder is not ready to talk properly and says that nothing will be solved today and they will solve it out tomorrow .
Hence due to this kind of facility we want to change our services to some other one . Or you can give a thought to it .

1) There is a regular problem with this connection .Error code 104 is being shown almost every 3rd day .
2) They don't pick our calls on time . When they do, just try to neglect the matter and whenever we ask for complaint number they immediately cancel the call
3) They don't send the cable operater to collect bill
4) Their online links hardly work for paying bills .
5) The cable operater lacks a manner to talk...

They are useless they close channels without any reason and take full money actually in Jalandhar we tried to call cable operator but he didnt pick our call and we paid advance money every month seems like they doesn't care of customers and cable operator is very rude and not pick our calls now we decided to switch our operator to airtel.

cable operator didnt pick up call, we tried to call from last 2 days but no response, very pathetic service, now we decided to swtich the plan to airtel. we pay advance money every month but operator response us not good and he is very rude .

Your employe jia lal from Cemetry does not attemd any call and its being 2 month i am calling him and he, s sometimes answer that he is coming but he never comes and i am still 2 months waiting so that cable would come its a bad behaviour from your employe and i as a very good customer of fastway need a strictly action to him and his behaviour towards my mother was also very disrespectful and i need that my cable should run

I am using Fastway cable. My name is Ram Lal Sharma. The service of cable TV at Shimla is very poor. Complaint Mobile Number[protected] is available but no is there to attend the complaint and wrongly informing( system recording) that all executives are busy. After three calls, they saying that you have used maximum limit of callings while no one is available to talk. Very poor services of Fast Way at Shimla.

I was complaint regarding cable connection that some channels are interrupted continuously from one month some time it becomes clear or some time not. Cable operator said that your problem has been resolved in two or three days, sometime said its technical fault etc. After all that exercise problem still remains from last one month. I have paid all my dues regarding cable monthly fee and security deposited in connection time but my problem...

We wanted to get connection of netplus broadband and we asked our fastway suplier so he told us that it will cost 4000 rs but when i searvhed abut it i hot to know that the netplus website has shown that it will not cost more than 2000 rs and i showd him so he told me that i will take rs 4000 if you want to get connection give me 4000rs so i want you to take strict action against them
