Cable is not working properly. There is lots of network and signal issues in cable. Everytime when we called cable operator he is demanding money from us for fixing cable connection. Besides he took rent @330 rupees for each connection everymonth from us. We have two connections in same house and both are not working. Pl let us know why should we pay extra service charges if cable signal is not in working condition. Kindly resolve out our problem asap.

Sadly I have to report here again after doing the same two days back . The error code 104 dominates the television screen half of the time for no reason. Disgust service . The cable operater named Mr. Inder is not ready to talk properly and says that nothing will be solved today and they will solve it out tomorrow .
Hence due to this kind of facility we want to change our services to some other one . Or you can give a thought to it .

1) There is a regular problem with this connection .Error code 104 is being shown almost every 3rd day .
2) They don't pick our calls on time . When they do, just try to neglect the matter and whenever we ask for complaint number they immediately cancel the call
3) They don't send the cable operater to collect bill
4) Their online links hardly work for paying bills .
5) The cable operater lacks a manner to talk...

They are useless they close channels without any reason and take full money actually in Jalandhar we tried to call cable operator but he didnt pick our call and we paid advance money every month seems like they doesn't care of customers and cable operator is very rude and not pick our calls now we decided to switch our operator to airtel.
