I am using fastway cable service in patiala (Punjab) since last 11 month. I am regular requesting fastway team to fix my cable its not working from last 8 days. My service error 104 is coming on my screen. But team are not respond till now after many time complaining customer care number they provide number of local operater number. I have paid advance to company but not able to channels. Worst service. When i call to local operator he just reply that is not our responsibility. Company just collecting it's money without any proper services what kind of services fastway cable provide us

I requested to customer care to i want customized my channel list. They said this facility local operator can do only. When i request to local operator they said no customized facility fix charge you have to pay rs.350
Please take action soon as soon possible for these local cable operators of fastway

IF MY PROBLEM WILL NOT RESOLVE SOON .THEN I WILL DISCONNECT THIS CABLE SERVICE
FastWay Transmission customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried factory resetting the channels and it resulted in losing all channels instead. Please guide me as to how I should resolve this problem

    Your cable operator has been charged full amount 1300/- of new setup box and he install the old setupbox on amount of new box in march but still today he said we don't have a new box now choice is yours u want a box otherwise i will cut the connection. Plz rply of this situation

      My name is arun kumar sharma, i give 370 rupees for cable tv every month, but even after that i am not getting the service right.
      And if i call their service number, they do not pick up.
      Sometimes i also call but do not pick up, and even if pick up the call, they do not come to correct it, this is their attitude every time.
      Now you tell me what i do?

        Hello.,
        I m being forced to pay the monthly rent for the month of april 2020 i. E the curfew period.
        I had not used the service as the box is installed in my working premises and further my cable operator had switch off my box for that particular period.
        I had to call him to start it again in may 2020

        He is harrasing me again and again to pay for that period.. Plz help me out

          Local cable operator is not available in India. RF cable banded by government but in my area 5 months to working analog RF cable plz take action

            This is to inform u that our concern area cable operator m/s channii cable has not provided the proper service. Every time his mobile has shown switched off and not able to reach them.
            He had collected his monthly rent of cable before the monthly date, but he is not submit the rent to higher authorities due to which my cable tv channel shows a message 'renew expired, card has been disabled' since 2nd may 2020. Vc: 82640224, stb id: 4c094336
            I had called him lots of time on all the given contact numbers but all the numbers shown switched off since 2nd may 2020. Then i have called at toll free number and came to know that my monthly rental is not submitted by concern area cable operator.
            It clearly shows that they have cheat us.
            Kindly look into this matter and do needful for the same.

              This is to inform u that our concern area cable operator m/s channii cable has not provided the proper service. Every time his mobile has shown switched off and not able to reach them.

                ਮੇਰੇ ਘਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਫਾਸਟਵੇਅ ਦਾ ਟੀ.ਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਦਾ ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜ ਵਾਰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਕੇਬਲ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਆਉਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਪਰੇਟਰ ਬਸੰਤ ਨੂੰ tv ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਖਰਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਕਾਇਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੰਮਪਲੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਮਾੜੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ tv ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ ਜਾਦੀ ਹੈ।

                  I gave the payment to the cable operator and after some time of giving payment he deactivate my connection than i call him he said that he resolve the issue before evening. But the cable is not working. Next day i call him again he said what i can do if your cable is not working. Its not my responsibility. Your employee is only appoint for misbehaiving with customer not for solve the complaint

                      We want to inform you that we are living in h no 9 beri mohalla chungi khana road ferozepur city my cable customer id is 000305. My cable tv going on the name of happy.
                      The matter is our fees of cable tv is late we paid after due date, paid on 23/4/2020. They told us your cable tv starts at 7 pm. But it doesn't start, not a big issue for me i call to rajesh star cable tv's owner his mob no is [protected]. He misbehaving with me on phone abuse me on phone. After that he came at my home address fight with me at my home. I will sue in court against fastway network. I will see your company in court one condition i will give you he will come at my home place say sorry otherwise court is last option for me

                          Dear team in the lockdown days we are not able to pay the fees of cable due to cable operator not comes to collect money at home but they disconnect the connection of cable and after that when we are dailing their contact no. Thay put their phone switch off we have options to pay money online but they didn't told to us that we can this pls clear this issue because we have no any other options for time pass

                            One of your cable operator from deepnagar jalandharcantt, have no sense that how to talk with customers.. Actually i have to buy a 2 netplus connections they told me that you have to buy 4 connections and also pay 3 months of advance payment.. And told me that if services not working i am not responsible for this.. Taking very rude behaviour on call.. Pls take strict action on this...

                              That the cable operator is collecting payment in the coranatine days. Even says if you are not paying us then we will cut the connection. That they are collecting payment door to door is that ok?? Moreover it is located in chandigarh village burail its kumar cable even who was collecting payment was also suffering from high fiver which is also dangerous

                                We take a two channels (Star bhart & sony) total amount of they channels is 34.20 include gst including they channels i pay dth fee on monthly basis off rupees 190 but from this month our cable operator ask for 210 pay in future so please tell me way they prices is increased day by day and for what reason

                                  Since lockdown, our cable TV is not working. We logged several complaints but no response received neither from LCO not from the customer care no. They keep saying give us 72 hrs when I call at their customer care but there is no progress. Heights of failed promises

                                    The set top box was working perfectly fine. One day the guy from the company came and took the box back and gave the old non-working box.
                                    When we complained at the office they said you need pay 300 we need to repair the box. We paid 300 and there was nothing done.
                                    After that when we visited the office, the owner of that office didn't show up.
                                    We asked the agents to come and look. They said go and reach out to the office. We visited the office n number of times, but no one responded.

                                    Today again we asked the agent to check our box, he did not responded. Ignored and went away
