        Dear sir/madam.

        I am navdeep tejpal from # 1463, st no 3, new sodhi nagar, zeera road, moga. My cable is not working from yesterday[protected]. I called to cable operator several times from today morning on this number [protected], but he is not responding. Now in these days, when outside is curfew & inside cable is not working, so what we will do in this crucial time. Kindly help me by clear my issue of cable network. 104 error is showing. Kindly do the needful.

            Although we had paid the payment but still the fastway service had disconnect our cable connection and no channel is coming now in our tv and we our facing a lot of problem during this curfew time. As government has also ordered not to close cable connection and they had disconnect our cable connection. Please take a stick action against them and tried to activate our cabe connection fast. This is a request to open our cable connection in our cable service from fastway.

            Updated by Seth singh             We had also paid the money to the cable operator but he didn't registered our payment to fasrway service and they disconnect our connection. Please ask from our cable operator why he didn't give out update of payment to fastway service.

              Stb id - 4c0e0570, cable operator name is vivek kumar he always come late to collect monthly charges due to his negeligence we have to face problems and this month he didn’t come and not even reply us or picking our call. He is rude somewhere and not doing his duty properly please don’t keep these kind of personality in your office they are not good for its market reputation. Kindly please change our cable operator..

                We have been facing the problem of change of box as we have submited the old box to our local cable operator but its been more than 10 days and the box is atill not recived as the operator is lying day by day as we called him 10 times a day and he also turn off his phone after recieving a call and we are getting harased either change our box or we prefer to close our cable conection and will tilt towards the dish tv i[censored] dont need ur customers now the name of cable operator i dont know but i can get u out with some details..

                  We have cable connection with fastway we have again and again verbally complaint to Arora cables about disturbance in TV sound through cable they do not solve my complaint.we pay always330/-in time every month .I also requested to change my set top box they said we can't change.this set top box only from our company is fastway.they issue us old set top box.and they have promise us to change next month but they have not change.

Fastway cable that's why we are watching TV through fastway.fast ways should give us good quality sound.we are paying monthly rent for quality sound and pictures.if fastway has no technique for good quality and sound.please inform us we will go another service provider.

                    Am resident of Chandigarh sector 50d banker enclave.i have been facing harassment by the cable operator Mr.sharma(sharma cables).when in the society all people connection is working why my connection he always disconnected when I am paying him every month.
                    What is the reason do he have any personal problem from us if that so so provide us another person as our cable operator.
                    Please I need explanation.

                      fastway don't refund set top box security

                      Sir fastway cable wale mujhse 50rs monthly jyada maang rahe hai, na dene ke karn unho ne mera connection band kar diya or meri pasand ke channel chalane se bhi inkaar kar diya. Kehte hai jo hum dikhayenge, wohi dekhna padega or jitne paise hum mangege, utne hi dene padenge.
                      Lekin abb wo mere set top box security ke 1200 rs bhi waps nahi kar rahe. Mujhe pehle wala set top box bhi waps dene se inkaar rah rahe hai.

                      Sir/madam, in my area there is very poor service of cable operators. No service man coming if we have any problem with box. Never attending our calls. Also they demanding cable fees even we do not see cable from three months. I went to there office again and again but i do not get any satisfied answer. I hope you will take suitable action against the cable operator.

                          local cable operator refuses to refund stb security deposit

                          Last year, in november, we had acquired a cable connection from mr. Anand. At the time of acquiring the connection, we had been charged rs. 2000 which was described as rs. 1500 for stb security fees, rs. 300 for first month cable rent and 200 for installation and cable (22 metres). Unofficially i asked anand to cancel cable services in november and inquired what amount we would get back for the stb security fee, he said nothing. I was surprised...

                              I dont how these people are surviving. They have fake customer support, they dont write complaints, they cant share complaint number, everything needs to be done after contacting local cable operator, they does not have correct information about lco numbers, you cant request disconnection.

                              So in short nothing is possible with their customer support. They just make fool of you by faking that they have written complaint and we will receive sms with complaint number, although they cannot share complaint number.

                                मैं हरियाणा अम्बाला शहर से फास्टवे केबल नेटवर्क का एक उपभोक्ता हूँ और काफी समय से फास्टवे केबल का उपयोग कर रहा हुँ परंतु मुझे आज पता चला के अम्बाला शहर से खान कम्युनिकेशन नेटवर्क वाले हमसे 350/- रुपये महीना इसका चार्ज ले कर जा रहे हैं जो गोल्डन पैक के चार्ज है और हम शुरू से ही सिल्वर पैक का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं जिसकी कीमत 300/- है GST के साथ और खान कम्युनिकेशन नेटवर्क वाले हमसे GST के नाम पर 350/- ले कर जा रहे है जिसकी रसीद भी हमारे पास है तो मैं अम्बाला के खान कम्युनिकेशन नेटवर्क की इस धोखाधड़ी के लिए शिकायत करता हुँ कृपया कर के इसके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जाए।

                                  I am facing problems with your local cable operator rajesh kumar in manjeet nagar ludhiana. He always disconnect cable connection without reason justifying that you have not submitted your payment. Every month he is only person who came at my house after due date. I have never denied him for non payment. But he is continously providing problems. Even fastway cable head office do not take any action against him.

                                    My tv cable signal stands disconnected w. E. F 19sep2029 till date. Screen displays e-111. Fastway customer care was approached for the error displayed on the screen. It was informed that it is for disconnection on account of non payment and advised to approach authorised cable operator. Payment is collected in first week of month. It is not understood as to why the cable signal is disconnected. Cable operator has failed to solve the matter...
