FastWay Transmission — Cable services

Dear Team,

Now I am done dealing with the fastway and my cable operator. Fastway is not able to provide me resolution for my queries neither the cable services provided by fastway is appropriate. Last night also the cable got disconnected and my cable operator just went off and was not picking the call. He was ignoring my messages on whats app. Also when i am ready to pay for a channel how fastway can deny me that. Every one or two days your cable gets disconnected. Nobody listens to complaints. Irresponsive cable operator. I have written a number of times to fastway but didn't gotb a resolution. Still didn't get a reply on my last mail nor has anybody contacted me. Fastway doesn't have a place of business or office in Delhi so how are they going to resolve customer problems in Delhi. Everytime i contact your customer care they say they are calling from Punjab and only your cable operator will resolve your problem. Then what's the point in dealing with the fastway?

As I mentioned in my last mail, I don't want to continue with the fastway anymore. Hence request you to refund my full STB money of 1500 as fastway is not able to provide satisfactory services and I am compelled to take such a step. Please escalate it to the highest level.

Please refer to my previous email below which i have written to fastway and didn't got a reply even:

"Again I am writing to you for the poor services provided by my LCO. Even forgot the number of times I have written to you regarding the same issue. My set up box STB ID- 4C0E9D8D and CA ID- [protected]. Every time I call my LCO there is no one to answer the call. Nobody takes the responsibility. For two days my cable is not coming and yet nobody came to my home to check the issue. Also I always make the payment on time but nobody from the LCO updates the payment details and just cuts off the cable. When I call them one employee just puts the blame on the other. They are just making fools of customers. Also, for so long I have been asking LCO to add the Paras Channel to my pack but he is denying it saying its fastway policy. How fastway can deny adding a free channel to my pack. I am fed up with LCO services and don't want to deal with him again. So please assign me a person directly from the fastway in case of future issues. Also I request you in case of any future trouble from LCO end or fastway I want a refund of my full STB money of Rs. 1500 as fastway is unable to provide me the satisfactory services till yet. I think this would be the last option."
