FastWay Transmission — complain about stopped service and irresponsible behaviour of fastway workers..

1.5 months before we shifted to new house so that i have to transfer my fw box connection. About 12 to 15 days my box remained off. I call to area fw dealer named satish. He come and started my box, collected his monthly charges and gone away. After about 15 to 20 days my connection showed a message about pending payment so i called him again. He ensure me that i will clear it.. After some days my set top box get off again.. I called him again but he kept lying that he will solve it in 2-3 days.. Now its about 20 days my box showing 109 error and the operator is not picking up my phone.. I complained in fw offices of my city sirsa and so on office of ludhiana but nothing is working.. Please get noticed my complaint and for god sake take an immediate action on it... I live in sirsa haryana at sangwan chowk dabwali road...

I am from chd ..fastway local oprater m. d cable sector 38 chd no any repose of my complaint.i complaint many time but m.d cable workers no any respose.what can do.. no one attend calls.i call 15 times.one worker mr ajay[protected] not to respose.& [protected] phone off when i call.plz stick action.after i go to cusmer court

there nothing fault of cable operator, actual the problem is Fastway Company, that dont know whose paid or not ? its bad system of fastway and another thing is that Fastway are charging more than packeges RS. we are cable operators which are also suffering from this Fastway Cable Company, TRAI should take action against this FASTWAY TRANSMISSION PRIVATE LIMITED Company. Thanks ...
