FastWay Transmission — full payment taken but set top box not activated | |||
Dear sir I got connection (Set top box) of fastway transmission on dt.17/03/2019 vide connection no.83200191 and paid full payment rs.1600/- to cable operator. The set top box was not activated at that time and cable operator told me that it will be activated withing 15-20 minutes. But we surprised to see that till now set top box not activated. I approached many times to cable operator as well as customer care but no proper response. From last day of noon cable operator is not picking my phone. Now i am very fed up from fastway transmission and i think my decision to get connection from fastway was wrong. I will never suggest to any one to go with you.
