FastWay Transmission — h d channels have not been telecasted since one week despite my complaint to local operator

I have to connections in my house since several years. Stb id 4c67519 and another connection of hd channels with stb id[protected].
It is submitted that i am facing a huge problem with these connections due
Irregular transmission of channels since one month but now stb no.[protected] which is for the hd channels displaying only simple channels
For about four days, i complained the matter to local operator but he didn't care, then called [protected] but no body is attending this number despite several rings. So it complained that no body is going to attend me as, i am an permanent customer of your cable network while i am paying timely every bill to local operator working under your guidance. If still no action will taken then i have no way to go to national consumer forum.
