FastWay Transmission — inadequate service | |
I am from kharar, my fastway cable is not working since last more than 15 days and i have lodged numerous complaints on their customer care but in vain, every time they ask common questions like color of your setup box bla bla, then commit that it will be rectified within 4-6 working hours but nothing is happening. I have lodged complaint more than 4 times, one sms is received and they provide a cell no of the concerned person who never picks the call. This is the quality of services they are providing to customer, very particular to get the monthly payment but leased bothered about providing services. I suppose this is an essential service and you are out of world if you are unable to watch tv. Was this information helpful? | |

Main three months se new fast way connection keliye apni nazdiki office maingaya tha wo mujhe teen mahino se jhooth hi bol rahe hain aur naya connection nhi de rahe hai aap plz mujhe naya connection provide karwane main help karen

No channel showing there is error 103 on screen what to do... Please resolve it as soon as possible .. From 2 days it is showing same e 103 clock error
