FastWay Transmission — Installation problem | |||||
Sir, I am resident of house no.656, sector 43-a, chandigarh. I have put in a request at customer care no. [protected] regarding new connection of set top box and installation of the same around 15 days back. Some shailender, an installation executive called me from his mobile no. [protected] on 26 july 2016 regarding the same. He took an appointment from me for 27 july 2016 (5.30 p. M.) for installing the set top box connection at my residence. On 27 july 2016, he didnot turn up. I called him up to know the reason of not coming, also when will he install the connection. He didnot pick up the phone. I waited for him on 28 july, 29 july, 30 july, 1 august, 2 august, but in vein.. Then i again called him up on 3 august 2016 at 8.40 p. M. To which he responded that he will come tomorow... I then on 5 august 2016 rang again customer care no. [protected] and told them about my grievance. They assured me that my complaint will be resolved within next 48 hours. I fail to understand what they meant by 48 hours as now more than 96 hours have passed and the matter has not been resolved yet. I again called some executive at mobile no.[protected], but instead of resolving my complaint, he was very harsh and rude and denied being a part of fastway co. Today.. Its 10 august 2016 and still the installation has not been done. Sir i am surprised that such a reputed company has not even bothered to check whether the complaint has been addressed to or not. This does not behove of a company of such a high repute. Sir, m running from pillar to post to get the new connection. If these are the state of affairs for getting new connection, then what about the future repair and other matters... I will now think twice before going ahead with the connection..
