This is to inform you that we feel very bad experience from your service provider cell no [protected].Today i have loged complaint for error 104 to your CC number i got call from local agent even he did not have etiquette how to talk with customer used loose words & asking to disconnect the service if you again log direct complaint to CC number.These type of service agent ruined your service & brand image. Competition is very high in market lot of option available i hope you will take action agents him in regard of how to communicate with valuable customers..

Kindly refer to my Complaint number 4257650 regarding conversion of package cable operator with mobile number [protected] is not providing best package and laving heavy charges. Kindly make suitable arrangement to provide best package according to information brochure.
