I have maintained your fastway cable conection under set box no.MAC [protected]E7 &Mob.[protected] at, Mehli Shimla.I have paid your monthly dues on well time to your operator but"109" Error message is reflected on my TV screen.I already take up the matter on Sunday with your Shimla team and your area operator but issue is still pending.I am frequently calling your area operator Mr.Vikesh Kumar but he didn't pick my call. Therefore you are requested to instruct your area operator to resolve the issue tomorrow otherwise I will go the consumer court .
