FastWay Transmission — not providing good services and misbehaved

I have 2 connections of fw setup box in radaur distt. Yamuna nagar haryana pin 135133. But fw service providers in radaur not provide good service always no signal and when we complaint they not respond not pick phone and when we go their office they misbehaved and we want to refund our money for setup boxes if no action taken by you i go to consumer court
