FastWay Transmission — operator behaving very badly

Hi i filed a complaint yesterday aftertoon regarding some channels not working. My complaint no is 13102017w844079-1. I got a message that my problem will be solved by mr. Ashwani malhotra ([protected]). After 2 hrs i got the message that your problem is solved. But no one visited our home and problem is still appearing. Then i called mr. Ashwani malhotra. But with the way he is talking it appeared that i am his servant not customer. His words were "mai tere peyo da naukar ni ki ghar aake theek kra tera set up box". I was too shocked that how the operator of such a big company can talk like this. We are not fastway servants we are customers we pay our monthly rent in time. Why he was talking to me like this? I request you to strictly take action against him because not all customers can mail to you regarding this. His behavior should change towards customer..
