FastWay Transmission — Poor service | |||
I have got three set top boxes at my place in aggar nagar, ludhana. Since last 6 months, at any given time at least one or two of them do not work. I am so frustrated with their service but just an addict to the movie channels thats why didnt change as yet. The people incharge in our area dont take any responsibility. If we call them twice, after that they dont pick up calls or switch off their phones. When you lodge a complaint on toll free no., they say it'll get recitifed in 8 hours but if no follow up is done, they will not repair it for 8 days and put complaint status resovled on their own. Such pathetic customer service is not acceptable at all. If fastway cant handle the business, they should sell it to somebody else or at least quit donig it, rather then harassing users such badly. Mostly all the time many of their HD channels donot work properly. They donot have sufficient and efficient staff to take care of the jobs required. The attitude of the people is pathetic. They dont give a damn about customer satisfaction. I have to pay for full month but whereas, their cable only works 10-15 days. It is so disturbing that it leads to agitation in family life because when people who come back from 10-12 hours of work and want to watch TV and relax, but the TV doesnot work only. I wish there was some way to teach them a lesson or at least get some better service from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
