FastWay Transmission — Regarding Complaint no- 3535356 registered with Fastway | |||||
I registered complaint on Aug28 against monthly overpriced charges. I am having one gold pack and additional silver that amounts to Rs435 as per the company but the cable operator has been taking Rs540 amount from more than a year. I have shared receipts of the monthly payments, discussed the issues on call/mails, have a mail chain going on from aug28, fastway representatives agreed that I am being overcharged, they have given me on the mail that overcharged prices will be refunded. Inspite of all this, the cable operator is saying that I am taking connection from him, and not fastway company, I will have to give him charges else he will disconnect my cable. He is still asking for Rs540 from me. I have been calling fastway customer care from 2months, still they are not able to take care of the issue. I have been listening from almost 2months now that I will get refund amount, and will have to pay right price of Rs435 only from now but cable operator is asking for Rs540 again. Such a bad experience where I am paying overpriced charges, and facing mentally emotioanlly torcher in addition. Was this information helpful? | |||||
