FastWay Transmission — regarding net not working | |||
My customer id is [protected], My net is not working yesterday 11.30 am i called customer care more then 6 times but no body visit & the problem still there. I m a professional, my clients suffering becouse ITR & GST Returns are not filed by me (i.e. net is not working) Penalty are due to the assessee assessee was not able to file penalty. He is right i m unable to file her documents with Department. So i want the fastway company pay the penalty which is arise by the GST Deaprtment to my clients not filling their returns in time. If any person suffering from problem the company not solved the problem they trying sir wait ( 4 to 6 hours ) the engineer visit (why the company said the engineer visit in 4 to 6 hours . Totally when i complaints engineers never come before 24 hours so it mean that the time 4 to 6 hours is likely 4*6 hours i.e. 24 hours. Company misguide the clients and forget own duty. they are service provider. Kindly look into the matter and solve and waiver all the penalty which is arise due to company not support.
