FastWay Transmission — Regarding the rude behaviour of local cable operator

This compliant is regarding the rude and non responsive behaviour of local cable operator of FastWay in the city of Kotkapura, Dist Faridkot. Since morning there was no internet connection and when we called him regarding this, he just told there is some dispute from backend and just hung up the phone. When we called again, there was once again such non responsive behaviour and no explanation from his side. He hung the phone again. His behaviour with the customers is not at all justified and we would like the authorities to look into this matter.
