FastWay Transmission — set-top-box is not working from last three days | |||
Dear Sir, I have two set top boxes of Fastway Transmission at my home. but both set top box is out work from last three days. here is the following message is display on the screen whenever try to on the tv:- "Channel Unathorized: 109 - You hace not subscribed to this channel. To Subscribe please call[protected]." Whenever I try to contact customer care, they always tell me that system is not responded please call back us after some time. and when I call them back, again same thing happens. when I try to contact local operator, then either call is not attended by cable operator, and if call is taken by cable operator, then he give us no solution. and problem is still alive. Mac address of my set top boxes are given below:- Set top box 1: Sr. No.: FCBFRWNXM Mac Address: 0880393AABA0 Set top box 2 : Sr. No.: FCBFRMLSW Mac Address: 08803939ED0F Please help us to solve my problem. That I installed the three set box. At the time of installation the provider says that the full refund of set box rupees but now he said no refund then i said I want one set box deactivate the provider says that not refund the rupees of one HD set box
