FastWay Transmission — Signal not found all the time | |||||
I switched to this service from a DTH service just to get more channels and im satisfied with the range of channels on fastway...but from past few months its gone horrible ...THE "104-SIGNAL NOT FOUND" IS COMING ALL THE TIME when i switch on tv. The cable broadcasts only for a few hours (4-5 hrs) a day. I contacted customer service many times to resolve the problem but all they do is assuring me that they will resolve it in few hours and send me a message with complaint number and then nothing happens ...first time i complained about it was 3 months ago but the problem still continues...my last words are "WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FASTWAY" Was this information helpful? | |||||
