FastWay Transmission — worst connection and customer service | |||||
This is not for the first time i m complaining for fastway cable. I want you to take your setup box back and refund me all my money because you people are not able to provide the services from last 6 months. This time i wont listen any of your excuses. Even after calling the agent, who comes for the payment, no issues is resolved, and when i asked him to take away the connection and refund my security, he says we don't refund any security. And your customer care told that we cam give you 75% of the amount back that you paid. Even, when i applied for the connection i have forcefully made paid the security amount of Rs 1200 that they said will be refunded when you return the box. Why you people can't stick to your word and give me the solution. how much time should i wait more? Call my local operator several times on his no.[protected].but is not resolving the problem.and moreover his agent is threatening to cut the connection permanently.please do the needful.i shall be obliged
