We went to FBB – GT world Mall Magadi road on 29th Dec ’19 at & 7pm(Approx). We had few clarifications on FBB styleup card we were not getting discount. We called the floor Manager Sheela, she don’t have any knowledge on the discount instead she started using singular words. She speaks without respect and she doesn’t care about the customer. Later I was taken to Customer Service Manager Puneet. I was talking to Puneet, he was failed to justify why system is not allowing the discount. One more guy pokes in-between the conversation and uses filthy language and theatres us that he will beat us. He was very violent, he claims that he is a customer service executive but he wasn’t wearing an ID card.
I called customer support and registered a complaint, however till date nobody called. There is no safety for a customer, this is very alarming.
