Fbb — refund my money

This is regarding my order[protected], i had ordered 2 track pant worth rs 868 on 31 jan which was supposed to deliver on 12 feb (Courier - fedex and tracking id[protected]. I have not received the order. I called fbb customer care and shivani received the call. I told her the issue and she said within 72 hours you will get your product. The ref no of the ticket was 3233. When i did not get any intimation, i called fbb again on 14 feb and this time bharavi picked the call and she said the complained which was logged into the system was related to the address change not related to my problem, i dont know why they raised the wrong complaint. I again raised the complain with complain no 6166846 and asked for refund. They said after 1 week you will get the refund. Today, on 19 feb i again called and parul picked the call and she said there is no complain is registered against this no
I need my money back otherwise i will take strict action on this.
