Febdeal — received wrong materials from federal

I ordered one kurti and lehanga but i got cheap and damaged products then i applied for refund and i waited more than 10 days till now i did not get any refund and they mentioned what's app number that is not working the number is [protected]-surat-395005.
This is such a frad company i need refund please help me... I paid 1293 cash. I called to national consumer number they raised complaint also. They asked me company address but in that web site they just mentioned gujarat name so i told same thing. But they rejected my complaint and told me please complaint to police station.
