[Resolved] Fedbank Financial Services — wrong commitment by support company of fedfina, "true finance" | |||||
Dear sir, I would like to write you about my problem as below 1. I was approached by true finance company (Delhi based) for loan transfer from hsbc to federal bank at lower interest rates (July month) 2. True finance is having tie up with you fedfina company so your executive and true finance executive was in constant touch with me for loan 3. Loan amount was high more than 85 lac so i was told that true finance company will reimburse my processing fees post loan disbursement. 4. I was sanctioned loan and disbursed amount as per below details (25th aug'18) Federal bank - saving account [protected] Federal bank - home loan -1 [protected] Federal bank - home loan -2 [protected] 5. During loan disbursement process i paid 13500/= processing fees 6. Now your linked company true finance refused to pay and giving false commitment. 7. Initially i was told entire amount will be paid but now communication by executive is that they can pay only 5000/= that too by their executive only (From her salary) 8 i am following it from last 2 months but every other day they are giving excuse Name of company : true finance Proprietor : vishesh gupta Executive of true finance : nikky (Ph no [protected]) Executive of fedfina : tarun (Ph [protected]) Even owner of true finance is saying that person who committed will pay from his salary they are not going to pay. I don't know why do they made false commitment just to put me trap and now i can not do anything. I informed same thing to you bank manager also nirman vihar branch (New delhi) mr ravinder singh ([protected]) It seems that company with which you have tie up like true finance are spoiling your bank name and trying to mislead customer. Hi this is m.srinivasa I have taken gold loan in your fed bank...I already closed the loan...your staff also provide closing letter...but in cibil it’s reflected...it’s almost close in 9th month...y should you take so long time to close my issue
