      My redcarpet virtual credit card is dissappeared from the red carpet app i have no dues, and tried to contact redcarpet customer 100 times but no one responded from them, last week i checked my credit report there was showing that my 1 extra loan account is active dmi[protected] sanctioned amount is 60000 and balance of 450 but redcarpet told me my limit of only 500, what is this going on? I asked dmi finance about this they said ask federal bank or redcarpet, i have allready paid this 450 rupees then why its still active in my credit report? My mobile no is [protected] my red carpet user id is 1814289. Please do something as soon as possible because i am not using your app since i paid your 450 rupees amount because after payment that my card never reloaded again, n now its dissappeared from the app.

        I had paid rs 137/- through revenue department online portal my land tax payment on 10-06-20. The amount is debited in my sbi account. I am attaching screenshot of email towards the transaction. The transaction no. Is 636687 and terminal id of transaction is 25016945. The receipt for transaction is not received me from treasury and no details of receipt is seen in revenue online payment portal. But till date no refund is received for this failed transaction. As payment portal of treasury payment is done by you, i am sending this complaint to you. I request to kindly arrange refund

                Respected sir,
                I am an (Nre and nro) account holder with federal bank for number of years, specifically koothattukulam federal bank branch. I have opened nro account authorizing my father to do transactions when am abroad as per then branch managers advice. I have specifically mentioned to manager that i dont want my father face difficulty withdrawing money that is the reason am co authorizing him with my account as he is used to do transactions with passbook. Since day one i faced with lot o[censored]nprofessional behavior from bank staff like when i went to branch to get my own money i had to wait an hour then asked me to come back next day!? Staff never provided me with any specific reason for the delay. I finally transferred all amount to my friends account and he withdrawn money from his account for me. Please imagine someone going through that kind of situation. When my father went there to withdraw money when i was away, he got money couple of times without any issue, then again they told my father he cannot take money out using cash slip and pass book. My fathers name is on the nro passbook along with my name. I contacted branch manager through email explaining situation, he said rules have changed i have to resubmit authorization which i did as per his direction. Even though dealings with kklm fedral bank was frustrating, on a positive note, at least then manager was polite and professional.

                I have stopped sending money to my father through federal bank considering the headaches associated with it as my father is old and i didnt want him to face with unnecessary tensions. After almost a year, i made a mistake by sending around 2 lakh to the same nro account for my father to withdraw, this time instead of getting better things got much worse! The new manager (Jebin k jose) wont even open my account or issue money!? He said its completely illegal to issue money to my father so on. He doesn't even want to hear customers side. He said to my father, nro account is not a good account, i dont care if you close this account or not. I shouldn't have opened that account! Contrasting opinion from same companies managers it seems!

                After my father called me on the phone, he wont even talk to me, somehow after lot of desperate attempts, he heard what i had to say on speaker phone. Finally, i assume (Not sure) manager might have checked documents i have provided. All of a sudden my father got all the money in 5 minutes. I received a call from kklm branch (I checked number online) and whoever is on the other side didnt speak, it seems they were sneakily checking on me after all the drama they created at the branch. What an unprofessional way to manage the situation?! Me and my elderly father had to face with humiliating and demeaning response from branch manager and some staff at the branch quite number of times as we went there for transactions. As an account holder who deposited money in my account, deserve better treatment than this! I would like to officially lodge complaint to federal bank. I have most of the email communications and call recordings i had with the managers and staff at koothattukulam branch. I would like to get justice for what we had to go through. Kindly have a look in to this matter.

                          Ordered a product of 956 rs on amazon on 19
                          March 2020. The item got canceled due to covid19. And amazon refunded the amount (Rs 956) on 30 march 2020 to my card but till date i have not got the refund in my bank account. Refund reference number (#006542).                                 Hello sir/madam this is gajabinkar yashwanth iam having a federal bank credit card from red carpet i did a transaction of rs 6000 at hdfc atm but transaction failed but money deducted from my credit card limit. I have raised this issue at redcarpet too but no response it's almost 72 hours now. My user id 1216045 my card number ending with 0326 was declined at hdfc atm at siddipet eagle statue but amount was deducted it's still not reversed. Plz help regarding this matter thank you

                                  I domnic roshan kachhap, a/c no: [protected], ifsc code: fdrl0001606, micr code:[protected], did transaction of rs 4000 /- only via burnpur (Te atm) near gouri bhawan hostel more at 8:17 pm on 03.04.2020. The money that i withdraw was being debited from the above given account number but i havn't receive the money. Sir i already rased the complain to my branch regarding this issue and they already raised it my complaint no is: [protected]. And the atm which this transaction is done is an sbi (Atm id : [protected]).
                                  Please sir its a request to reverse the money back as soon as possible as due to lockdown i am faceing a big issue of how survive it i only had a limited hope in my account and due to this i am having a big problem. Still after complaining so many times and even calling to the customer care i didnt got any reply.

                                      Your overseas branch in kolkata - has delayed forex booking of one 25 years old client since more than 30 days. Branch has proposed to charge
                                      Inr 306, 000 as commission / bank charges for a forex booking of an amount
                                      Usd 378, 000 - as against a rbi 'stipulated' charge of inr 1000/-

                                      When regional / dept head was approached, he has behaved unprofessionally.

                                      Pls advise on which forum we can lodge a complaint against the regional head, branch head and officer concerned.

                                      This attitude of the branch of this bank is even more deplorable in times when govt is offering stimulus package for smsme...

                                      Hope the Chairman / Exec Director / Person in-charge of the Region - of Federal Bank are aware that officers
                                      of this Branch are continuously bluffing / misleading this client since last 12 months, ; making false assurances,
                                      then not following the same -
                                      request the Chairman, that whilst your Bank is regularly approaching new clients for Business - here is a customer of 26years standing, with a blemishless record, that you are about to Lose - yet you / your ED / regional Heads have become such a big shots that you have not time to look into this . Sad state of affairs ..
                                      A formal complaint claiming damages will be lodged with RBI Ombudsman and all other forums ..

                                        Have transferred rs.18000 from our bank to my federal bank account. The transaction was made successful and the money was debited from bank. But while going through my federal bank account, rs18000 was not reflecting in my balance but meanwhile there was transaction i'd showing in the mini statement of my federal bank account. As my money got debited, i need a support from federal bank for the transferred amount.
