I had transferred 1300 rs from my account to another federal bank account twice. Either time payment was not received but it was deducted from my account. Kindly look into it. It has never occurred like this. But this occurred twice now and i am really worried. I am attaching a screenshot of it for your convenience. Hope you would do needed at the earliest

    Dear federal team,

    I had applied for a housing loan 2 months before in your bank. Mr. Kesav is the sr. Manager there and who is a friend of my relative. From the day-1 he didn't respond to our calls and we are always communicating everything with mr. Nagarjuna-executive.

    Initially we were not having building plan, mr. Kesav informed us just apply for bp and get the receipt, we will proceed further.
    But now your executive told that it will not be processed because building plan approval is not available.
    I am trying hard to reach out your respected kesav, who donot have the basic responsibility in dealing with customers.

    Literally, we had wasted our valuable 2 months of time just due to this kind of behaviour of your manager.

    I am also working as an centre manager in an education firm. I could have terminated this kind of employees at the earliest.

    Whatsoever, kindly get my work done soon with your (Ho) sincere involvement. So that i can save my time, energy and money.

      My account no is [protected]. I recharged my mobile no no. But after 1hr no recharge recieved. I contacted the customer care but they said to wait for 5 days. Maybe a refund will issue then they take necessary step. Its occurred often time as transaction failed money deducted or trasaction success but not received yet. Please help me as soon as possible.

        Oñ marçh 3rd 2019, i tried to book a train ticket in paytm with federal bank debit card online payment, however the ticket booking was unsuccessful due to technical glitch, but the money was deductible from account. It has been a week still the money was never credited to my account, as per paytm, money has been credited to your account, but there was no refund till date, please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

          This has been 7th year and still this bank is continue doing its pathetic service.

          So frustrating that their Thane Branch in Maharashtra is full of lazy useless and dumb employees.

          I want someone to reply this mail and resolve this issues or i will go for consumer court and media with this kind of frustration and harassment.

          Previously I had saving account from another bank that time also they were complaining about delayed EMI deduction from my account that too because of their faulty system and they ruined my CIBIL score. SO i opened saving account in their thane branch itself then also same problem persist and i keep on getting calls from recovery department. I have enough funds in my account always but then also because of this bank's problem my case always goes to recovery department and i get harsh calls. Even though i had funds my last month EMI were not deducted and today I got call from recovery department, When answered both EMIs got deducted in single without any notice and when i asked for statement some weird explanations were given

          Manager of this branch is so useless and lazy that she doesn't reply any mail communication.I doubt she do any work but always out for training. God only knows what kind of training she does. I'm fade up of this bank and their conduct.

          I want my saving account statement and loan account statement as soon as possible to recheck what they are deducting from my account.

          You people are so dumb and useless that people cant even trust you for 100 rs.

          Reply me soon with the documents or I will escalate this to all possible level in federal bank and other sources.

              I jithin paulson from kerala recently paid 2 bills of kseb electricity bill through fedmobile app. Both the payments failed and amount was debited from my account.

              1st bill was rs 2231 and 2nd was rs 326.
              I need a refund of the total money which was deducted (Rs 2557) at the earliest or get my bill paid.

                I, veronica gomes tried to make an online ticket transaction for my son allen paul gomes on 25th february on cleartrip.com for ticket booking. The ticket booking failed but money was deducted from my account.

                The ticket company confirmed that they have not received any money.

                Please refund my amount (₹ 3553) to my account (A/c no. - [protected]) in tangra branch (Kolkata) at the earliest.

                Kindly revert with the present status of this issue & the date by which amount will reflect to my account.

                Federal bank reverted to the complaint on same day... Ticket was raised their end and was assured that money would be refunded withing a time frame of 5 days to 45 days... However I received it today, 10days after the date of problem. Luckily I got back the money.

We have several accounts with various different bank but still we availed loan from federal bank is bcoz of best customer reviews. But now we have been forced to take insurance plan for 5 years.                           On feb 1st i sent money through federal bank mobile app, amount credited but status not successful, then i did another transaction that is pending.
                          Then i checked on feb 2nd. That day it says both transaction are successful, i checked with axis person he said he is not received any amount. He contacted axis customer care there no amount received.
                          Then i contacted federal customer service they said they have network issue, now it was resolved. He is not raised my complaint. He simply saying no problem wait 2 more days. This people's don't know how to behave also. He simply cut the call. What is the use of imps. Please don't send money through federal when your in emergency. They are not worrying about customers.
                          My amount was deducted but not yet credited. They don't know how much emergency i have. Heartless people's.

                                There are some customers using their Federal Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

                                I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
                                Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                                How can you help me in this regard.

                                I went to bank to draw an amount rs 500 on the screen it shows 072 can't find a route wAy so I went back to my home when I seen in my mobile it shows that transaction of an amount 500 has been done i don't no how the money has transacted

                                    I made my transaction on 3th January through my credit card to my college account which is of federal bank panjagutta.My transaction got failed and money has been deducted from my account .Till now I not even received my amount.Please make sure that my money is refunded as soon as possible.Provided I have my transaction I'd.It is too long that it is more than a week.If it is possible please let know the status as well as when my money will be refunded.

                                      I already have account but i lost passbook and some documents so i open new account with knowledge of bank staff i pay for that and i receive passbook but not received a atm and checkbook. I ask bank they said due to flood on kerala it's delayed.. Later 4 months till i m not receive yet.. Now they said another reason and delay over and over and over again...

                                        Its been more than six months that i have opened an account with federal bank but to my amazement despite of several requests and complaints i haven't got my ATM card yet. Made several visits to the home branch, then the branch near to me, then called on customer care numbers to lodge fresh service requests and complaints a number of times but all in vain, I have not been given any solution to the problem yet.
                                        I am really fed up with the mismanagement and bad treatment of the customer care officers and the employees of my home branch.

                                        Federal Bank cheated My son in loan sanctioning and are not ready to accept the mistake even after we wanted to restructure, charged higher interest, higher processing fees. They have no regrets caused me severe loss and are using delaying and black mailing tactics with sarfasei act 2002 . they evaded proper law to usurp my property. Nasty bank never to trust . want to enjoy on customers situation and circumstances.Does not work in the interest of the customers. cheating bank
