This has been 7th year and still this bank is continue doing its pathetic service.

So frustrating that their Thane Branch in Maharashtra is full of lazy useless and dumb employees.

I want someone to reply this mail and resolve this issues or i will go for consumer court and media with this kind of frustration and harassment.

Previously I had saving account from another bank that time also they were complaining about delayed EMI deduction from my account that too because of their faulty system and they ruined my CIBIL score. SO i opened saving account in their thane branch itself then also same problem persist and i keep on getting calls from recovery department. I have enough funds in my account always but then also because of this bank's problem my case always goes to recovery department and i get harsh calls. Even though i had funds my last month EMI were not deducted and today I got call from recovery department, When answered both EMIs got deducted in single without any notice and when i asked for statement some weird explanations were given

Manager of this branch is so useless and lazy that she doesn't reply any mail communication.I doubt she do any work but always out for training. God only knows what kind of training she does. I'm fade up of this bank and their conduct.

I want my saving account statement and loan account statement as soon as possible to recheck what they are deducting from my account.

You people are so dumb and useless that people cant even trust you for 100 rs.

Reply me soon with the documents or I will escalate this to all possible level in federal bank and other sources.

    Dated :[protected] reference i'd :[protected] time :11:00 am, i have transferred funds from my fed mobile app to another account the transaction tab is showing the payment is not successful but the money got debuted from my account nor the receiver didn't credited the amount. Refund the money as soon as possible to the account.

      transaction queued

      I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.
      And it is showing queued transaction from more than 1 hour.
      Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.

      Dear federal bank,

      I jithin paulson from kerala recently paid 2 bills of kseb electricity bill through fedmobile app. Both the payments failed and amount was debited from my account.

      1st bill was rs 2231 and 2nd was rs 326.
      I need a refund of the total money which was deducted (Rs 2557) at the earliest or get my bill paid.

        Dear federal bank,
        I, veronica gomes tried to make an online ticket transaction for my son allen paul gomes on 25th february on cleartrip.com for ticket booking. The ticket booking failed but money was deducted from my account.

        The ticket company confirmed that they have not received any money.

        Please refund my amount (₹ 3553) to my account (A/c no. - [protected]) in tangra branch (Kolkata) at the earliest.

        Kindly revert with the present status of this issue & the date by which amount will reflect to my account.

        Federal bank reverted to the complaint on same day... Ticket was raised their end and was assured that money would be refunded withing a time frame of 5 days to 45 days... However I received it today, 10days after the date of problem. Luckily I got back the money.

            I have recently taken home loan from federal bank. We have several accounts with various different bank but still we availed loan from federal bank is bcoz of best customer reviews. But now we have been forced to take insurance plan for 5 years. I have googled regarding home loan and nowhere it's mentioned to take insurance plan. Also visited various bank regarding it.

                Transaction through fednet for rs. 6960/- made for ksfe chitty payment with transaction id[protected] on 03/02/2019 at 09.50am. Transaction was failed and chitty amount not remitted but amount deducted from my account. No. [protected]. That time itself mail sent to support. But no response received till now.

                Kindly do the needful to revert the amount back to my a/c as early as possible.

                  amount not credited to account but its status is successful

                  On feb 1st i sent money through federal bank mobile app, amount credited but status not successful, then i did another transaction that is pending.
                  Then i checked on feb 2nd. That day it says both transaction are successful, i checked with axis person he said he is not received any amount. He contacted axis customer care there no amount received.
                  Then i contacted federal customer service they said they have network issue, now...

                  fed net online transfer failed /timed out and lost money

                  Hello, i transferred money from federal bank account to axis bank account through imps with reference number[[protected]]. I got an error message telling that the transaction has been timed out. It has not been credited to beneficiary account or not refunded...

                      There are some customers using their Federal Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

                      I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
                      Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                      How can you help me in this regard.

                              Its been more than six months that i have opened an account with federal bank but to my amazement despite of several requests and complaints i haven't got my ATM card yet. Made several visits to the home branch, then the branch near to me, then called on customer care numbers to lodge fresh service requests and complaints a number of times but all in vain, I have not been given any solution to the problem yet.
                              I am really fed up with the mismanagement and bad treatment of the customer care officers and the employees of my home branch.

                              Federal Bank cheated My son in loan sanctioning and are not ready to accept the mistake even after we wanted to restructure, charged higher interest, higher processing fees. They have no regrets caused me severe loss and are using delaying and black mailing tactics with sarfasei act 2002 . they evaded proper law to usurp my property. Nasty bank never to trust . want to enjoy on customers situation and circumstances.Does not work in the interest of the customers. cheating bank

                                Once i booked a ticket through irtct bud it was shown transaction failed but still 1880 rupees were deposited from my account. And then again i went to an atm where i tried to withdraw 200 but atm had an issue so i did not get my only but that much money got deposited from my account again.. And many times when i book tickets from make my trip most of the time it will show money transactions failed but still my money goes from my account. I need my money back... Please do something about this issue

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  My name is pratap kumar gr imworking in indiana hospital a/c-[protected] is in federal bank, i had applied for a personal loan of rs 35, 000.

                                  1. First day - they asked about my salary, i told them it is rs 18, 000, they agreed to sanction the loan and asked whether i had guarantor, i said yes i have a guarantor, they asked me to bring the guarantor.
                                  2. Second day - guarantor was approved by the branch manager, in the evening after it was approved in order to know the status of the loan, he told me not to call again and again, because he is doing the processing of the loan.
                                  3. Third day - we went to the bank personally, but he told me that he was going on a leave to attend a function and he will be back on[protected]. He also said that he was giving the hand over to the branch head manager
                                  4. We waited for 4 days because we felt it was inappropriate to bother the bank too much.
                                  5. After 4 days i visited the bank again and spoke to the manager, but he advised me to take the gold loan instead of the personal loan, but i asked him to continue with the personal loan the manager had already approved. He again asked for some documents which we submitted, he assured me that he will be sending these documents to the head office, and it will be approved within 2 days. Even after waiting for 3 days, i didn't receive any amount, so in order to know the status of the loan, i informed to the head office, but they told me that it was already processed, and asked me to visit the branch, but when we went there, and asked about the status of the loan, the assist. Branch manager, yelled at us for complaining to the head office, rudely told us to get the money from the head office itself, and asked us to come back after 2 days. I waited for 3 days, today at 11:00 am, i called the assistant manager, he told me that he had joined today itself and asked me to come at 2:00 pm, so i visited the branch at 2:00 pm, the assistant manager showed me my loan status, and at the same time, he sent a mail to the head office regarding the loan, and asked me to wait till 5:00pm. I called the assistant manager at 6:00 pm to know the status of the loan. But he told me that the loan is rejected.

                                  Hence, i want to know why the bank had agreed to sanction the loan?
                                  Why did the bank collect all of my documents?
                                  Why did the bank assure me that my loan will be approved within 1 day?
                                  Who will be responsible for all my expenses?
                                  Why did they misguide me?
                                  Who is responsible to release my amount?
