I have account in federal bank. Last year july/17/17 somebody withdraw 43000 rs in my account through duplicate atm card.
I complained to federal bank in nela man gala branch in bangalore.
Also i complained to cyper crime police and reserve bank of india.
Still federal bank not replying about my complaint. Federal bank manager delayed my complaint

I m seetharaman
I have account in Federal bank .Last year July/17/17 somebody withdraw 43000 rs in my account through duplicate ATM card.
I complained to federal bank in Nela man gala branch in Bangalore.
Also I complained to Cyper crime police and Reserve bank of india.
Still federal bank not replying about my complaint.federal bank manager delayed my complaint

    I am the customer of federal bank from the last 3-4 years. My account number is [protected]. Yesterday i transferred rs 5600 in federal bank account from my icici bank and i already got message for the same. But today without my knowledge bank deducted amount from my account. The account is opened under pmjd yojna. I never got message regarding any deductions or submitting amount. Please solve this problem or else i will go for consumer court.

    I made a call to the bank regarding my csrd problem...bt the employer ws very rude to me... he got rude saying i didnt reply him a hello. Very bad.

    This ### federal bank is not a reliable bank.Everyone try not to take account in federal bank.i already told this to some friends of mine and they also stopped using this account.i would recommend using other banks such as SBI, Canara, SIB .I closed my account today due to their irrelevant charges and ### banking...
    My bank always debits 24 rupees after every ATM transaction without my permission...
    First of all I think it happens due to expiration of my monthly ATM transaction limit...
    But same problem continues at new month's first transaction
    Same problem for my friends too...
    Please solve this problem... Otherwise I need to look for another bank... 😣

      I have a federal bank account for the past 6 years. The initial years when my branch wa in thavanur was fine. Later when i shifted my account to nadakkav, calicut the scenario changed. I asked them for an address change, phone number, email id change and to activate net banking. Very sorry to say none of these were done. Now my atm card says it is expired though the date of expiry mentioned in the card is in 2021. I contacted the customer care. They say they've sent me a new card in my "old branch" address. The tracking id says no information.
      I am troubled very badly by them. I do not have time to run to the branch every now and then. Atleast close my account easily for me.

        I am a floating home loan account customer with federal bank, chembur. My home loan account number is [protected]. I have been a customer since 2007 almost, in all these years all the fluctuations in the home loan rate of interest were automatically applied.
        In the year 2017 the floating rate of interest on home loan is approx 8.45% while my bank continued to charge me at the rate of 10-11%. When i approach the bank few months back to question on this, the bank refused to do any chages unless i sent an email to them to move the rate of interest as per the current market rate. This is on account of base rate on which my home laon is based, what is surprising is all the chamges 2017 were automatically done, except this move from 10-11% to 8.45%
        As the bank refused to do any changes automatically i had sent an email, 27th dec. I havent received any reply from the bank on it.
        Since this is clearly a dis-integrity towards custimer from federal bank,
        I request to pls intervene and get the bank to charge correct market hlrate of 8.*% from april 2017 onwards.

            I am a account holder of federal bank bhopal branch. I have been a account holder of bhopal branch for almost ten years. I have been very happy with federal bank services and employees but recently i am disappointed and angry with the behavior of a federal employee. The treatment she gives to customers are very rude as if we are her servants. This is not the first time it is happening and i am not the only one. Her tone, way of talking and behavior with us is very wrong. I need you people to take strict action action against her so this sort of treatment that i got, no other customer will get. Whenever i come to bank the i need my day to be good and not bad which by the way is happening to me whenever i go to deposit or to transfer money. She behaves to me as if i am taking her's money or something. I don't know this particular employee gives me such a treatment.
            I dealing with my hard earned money and not hers or the banks.

            I hope strict action is taken against her.

              I have an nri account with federal bank at taliparamba branch (Kannur kerala). I ve initiated a money transfer with remitly from usa. It was completed from remitly’s side but not deposited into my account. Also when i tried to tarnsfer money from my account to another sbt account all attempts were unsuccessful. This acccount is not link d to adhaar but i have learned that deadline is extended to 31 march as well as nre account doesn’t require to link with adhaar. I was able to do a transaction on 28 dec. Thenafter no transactions were successful with this account.
              There was no communication made about disabling transactions to and from my account.
              Please address this issue as early aspossible.

              I have sent an email to taliparamba branch manager at [protected]@federalbank.co.in with all details.
              But did not get any response.

                  I had done money transaction through fedbook quick pay not for the first time but this time the money transaction was unsucessful and specific amount which i had send was missing and not yet refunded.                           Amazon has refunded the amount on 1/10/17...they had cleared their duty...and its about u #federal bank didnt not take any action about my pending issue for days and weeks...when i ask federal bank they told that it take 45-55 days!how can u say this????how is this possible...

                            Very poor online banking system. I have a nri account, if i want to purchase something through on line i can’t use fed bank because otp is not coming to my registered mail. When i called to customer care they respond that that system is not available, it will go only to registered mob. Actually my registed mob number is aboard number and we can’t change to indian number also. Its strange. Then where is cashless economy. Fed bank is not supporting cashless economy.

                                Na master, i am ur customer since 12years and very satisfied with federal bank. But nowadays i am very unsatisfied with services provided by loan department by ravi pagdha as he is treating ur valuable customers very badly with his nonsense behavior and rubbish answer. He answers ur customers very poorly as bank is own property and he can do as he and he wants. As i am ur customer it is my duty to remind u about this type of issues created by ur staff and creating disputes among customers.

                                  Mein bhagchand choudhary mera fedral bank me agriculture gold loan hai.. Yojna ke antargat loan amount par 4% interest lagta hai jo mujhe bank ne batya hai. But federal bank itarsi ne 1 year 30/7/2016 se 30/7/2017 tak 9% interest lagya or next year bhi 1 month 13% interest lagya. (Loan ka 1 year ka interest 29/9/2017 ko acconut me jama kar diya but fir bhi loan par jada interest lagya gaya) federal bank other customer ko sirf interest jama karwa kar unka 1year ka 4 % interest lagaya... Fedral bank itarsi (Personal issues) policy purchase na karne par bank employee ne jada interest lagya... Please federal bank ne jo loan amount par 9% or 13% jada interest lagya hai wo interest 4% kar mera extra amount kirpya wapas dilne ki kirpiya kare.

                                    I have done a transaction through easy payments to our apartment association towards maintenance fee on 16th jan 2017. Somewhere in august 2017 the auditor of our apartments identified that the transaction was not reflecting in their accounts as well as their bank statements (Both current and savings). I tried contacting customer care but they said they can't help with easypayment. As per the information given by them i visited r. T. Nagar branch office (Pincode: 560032) on 4th september and explained my case. The asst manager at the office suggested me drop and email so that she can follow up with the concerned authority. From then on whenever i call them i get a response saying the concerned team is looking into it and will get back by eod. I have called at least 6 times in 23 days but didn't get a response or resolution. Kindly help me with tracing the transaction and getting my money back.

                                    Copy of the email that i sent to them is as follows:
                                    "hi sir/madam,

                                    I have made a transaction of inr 8280/- on 16th january 2017 through federal bank easy payments to the acoount named 'shriram srishti apartments association'. However the amount is not credited to the payees account yet. Could you please track the transaction through reference number and find out to which account the amount is credited.! Kindly help me get my money back if it is not transferred to any of the following account numbers.

                                      I i used a taxi service in cochi airport and paid inr 4000 by debit card. Their machine did not work and it said "reversed". I tried a second time and it went thru.

                                      I find that my bank account was debited twice on sep 3 and no refund till today sep 23 though the taxi company has been contacting them every week in fact every day the first few days.

                                      Absolute lack of ethics - holding up customer money in their own account.in no country does this happen where the machine shows cancelled sale and the money is not instant.

                                      This is not a situation where you buy something in a shop and return so they need 10 business days to refund your credit card.
                                      Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I try to withdraw money for dcb bank atm id 00405 machine on 07-aug-17, but some internal problem we can't get money from atm but amount was debited from my account & still i don't get reverse in my account. I also raised complaint on toll free no & i get complaint ref. No. Is [protected] / [protected]

                                        I also attached screen shot of bank passbook screen shot for your reference, hence i request you to plesae help me on this matter & reverse my money in my account.
