I had done money transaction through fedbook quick pay not for the first time but this time the money transaction was unsucessful and specific amount which i had send was missing and not yet refunded. There happend more than two unsuccesful transactions from my accounts but the money got refund by the day itself but through this transaction the money was missing....

Hello, i transferred money from federal bank account to dbs bank account through imps with reference number[protected]. I got an error message telling that the transaction has been timed out. It has not been credited to beneficiary account or not refunded...

I had ordered a product on amazon.. And next day i cancelled due to my personal issues... And my refund is not proccesed... Still now i didnt get my refund in my acount.. When i called them they told that... Money is already refunded and it is stucked in the account.. My refund is still pending... So plzz kindly clear that issue...

Very poor online banking system. I have a nri account, if i want to purchase something through on line i can’t use fed bank because otp is not coming to my registered mail. When i called to customer care they respond that that system is not available, it will go only to registered mob. Actually my registed mob number is aboard number and we can’t change to indian number also. Its strange. Then where is cashless economy. Fed bank is not...

But nowadays i am very unsatisfied with services provided by loan department by ravi pagdha as he is treating ur valuable customers very badly with his nonsense behavior and rubbish answer. Mein bhagchand choudhary mera fedral bank me agriculture gold loan hai.. Yojna ke antargat loan amount par 4% interest lagta hai jo mujhe bank ne batya hai. But federal bank itarsi ne 1 year 30/7/2016 se 30/7/2017 tak 9% interest lagya or next year bhi 1 month 13% interest lagya. I have done a transaction through easy payments to our apartment association towards maintenance fee on 16th jan 2017. Somewhere in august 2017 the auditor of our apartments identified that the transaction was not reflecting in their accounts as well as their bank statements (Both current and savings). I i used a taxi service in cochi airport and paid inr 4000 by debit card. Their machine did not work and it said "reversed". I tried a second time and it went thru.

I started my account 5 years ago. Most of the time my wife use my atm card for cash widrawals. Some times using check. When she going for widrawals they said the sign is different. Last month i send my renewed pasport copy, my visa copy everything....

I received the sms from federal bank, stating that debit card is expiring on 31st july 2017 and as a replacement of your existing card, a new emv chip debit card with the same card number had already been sent to you. Please find the attachment for reference.
Please note that i haven't received the card yet, kindly send it to my home country address.
