I orderd Samsung galaxy A52 mobile of rupees 18849 via Federal bank Dabit card emi from amazon on 05th September 2021 and canceled because Oder item not delivered return to Amazon, amazon refunded the amount on 12th September, but till now i did not recieve to my dabit card
Amazon give to RRN number and file charge Dispute on federal bank
But bank not help so what to do

        I have a current bank account in federal bank which was particularly opened for my business related works. But on 3 aug 2021 they have frozen my account without any reason and till now it has not been opened. I have visited multiple times in my branch but they are showing rude behaviour to me and not helping at all. Didn't even share the information on why they froze my account.

          I have been a federal bank customer for the past 3 years. Recently I noticed a deduction of 71 rupees from my bank account without my knowledge. As a student I am very particular about where my money is being spent. So kindly return the money and also inform me how my money got deducted from the account.

              Sir, I have transferred Rs. 5000 from my Paytm payments bank to Federal bank via Paytm upi at 12.50 AM yesterday. In the payment app, the money is successfully transferred and received in the federal bank. But the amount not showing in the federal bank. Also the money is debited from my Paytm payments bank and I also have the upi reference number.
              Now I need the money urgently. That's why I'm in a huge trouble . Please help me as soon as possible.

                              Federal Bank- New Panvel Branch is incorrigible, utterly useless and horrendous. Pass Book printing has not been functioning for more than 4 months now. On several occasions, different and ridiculous excuses are given for the non-functioning of the Pass book printer. Things will get worse and all the more difficult if the printing is not allowed immediately. Other nationalised and private banks in the vicinity update the pass book on priority. RBI should take action against this bank immediately for deficiency of service.

                                    My name is Anjali V holding federal bank account in kalladikode branch with account number [protected] . I had made a online debit card emi purchase from Amazon india on 27 th june for the amount 13698 INR and the order got cancelled on 28th june . Amzon had started refund the whole ampunt on 28th june and got refund reference number MMA[protected]PUZ . But after 8th working days the amount not recieved at the account.                                       My friend sent me amount of Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 30, 000/-, amount shows success from Google pay but amount not yet credited to my federal Bank account. Kindly rectify this and resolve as amount is for emergency purpose. Federal Bank executives don't respond and have very bad support. Needed an immediate resolution on the same. Request you to kindly look and help.

                                        Amount of 30, 000/- and 10, 000/- was transferred by my friend to my federal Bank via UPI GOOGLE PAY. Amount is showing as successful in Google pay but amount has not credited to my bank account yet. Multiple times I've raised this issue but bank employees don't care to respond. Request to kindly rectify the issue ASAP.
