Federal Bank- New Panvel Branch is incorrigible, utterly useless and horrendous. Pass Book printing has not been functioning for more than 4 months now. On several occasions, different and ridiculous excuses are given for the non-functioning of the Pass book printer. Things will get worse and all the more difficult if the printing is not allowed immediately. Other nationalised and private banks in the vicinity update the pass book on priority....

I had made a online debit card emi purchase from Amazon india on 27 th june for the amount 13698 INR and the order got cancelled on 28th june . Amount not credited - Google pay transaction

My friend sent me amount of Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 30, 000/-, amount shows success from Google pay but amount not yet credited to my federal Bank account. Kindly rectify this and resolve as amount is for emergency purpose. Federal Bank executives don't respond and have very bad support. Needed an immediate resolution on the same. Request you to kindly look and help.

Amount not credited

Amount of 30, 000/- and 10, 000/- was transferred by my friend to my federal Bank via UPI GOOGLE PAY. Amount is showing as successful in Google pay but amount has not credited to my bank account yet. Multiple times I've raised this issue but bank employees don't care to respond. Request to kindly rectify the issue ASAP....

Irctc Not confirmed ticket refund

Sir, my name is Alikhan, i try to book train ticket by using irctc app 2 times first time the ticket is not confirmed and the amount deducted from my account .irctc is refunded the amount next day of my booking but federel bank delayed my refund amound and not credited to my account, in my enquiry many complained like this is registered against federal bank please help to refund my amount...

The amount is debited from the account but transaction is still pending after three days. And the time stamp on the transaction date back to 1970.

If transaction is not completed within three days it should return as failed transaction. If the amount is debited from account but not credited to bene moreover it is showing as pending status, so it is lying in the federal bank pooling account.

I am really frustrated and planning to close the account soon with Federal Bank. Amount sent by my friend reflected in the statement but not in the main balance. The fedbook app is a waste at the first place. Really frustrated . Lost my sleep today....

No response for federal bank forex super card refund

I send a mail to the [protected]@fedetralbank.co.in on 07.03.2021 with required details for refund.
I got the reply on 08.03.2021 stating my refund request under progress but I am still waiting for their refund.
I tried calling them many times but no response.
For mail also no response....

Amount Debited but transaction failed

On 30/04/2021 At 15:37:39 I have spend Rs.1004 on a wesite called buytestseries with order ID[protected]. Client Number-91-[protected]. After entering Debit card details and OTP the screen showed a 504-Gateway Timeout Error.
