I have transferred amount of 30200 and 1050 to another on 20th of November and 19th of november respectively. It is showing transaction queued and not credited to opposite account till today but debited from my account.
Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I would like to inform you that I did payment through Fed Mobile app on 6/12/2020 still the status is showing Queued transaction in fed Mobile app I did transaction through via IMPS kindly please look at this matter and do the needful.Thank you.

      Date of the incident:17/02/2020

      I have been trying to transfer fund, but may be due to network error the recipient didn't received the fund but the money got debited from my account.
      The transaction status is shown as "QUEUED TRANSACTION" since over 2-3 hours.
      Kindly refund the money back to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.

        ATM Transaction is Failed

        Address: 64,katra baryan, Chandni Chowk, Fatehpuri,baradari,old delhi

        I tried to withdrawal 500 rupees from federal bank ATM located at 64, katra baryan, Chandni Chowk, Fatehpuri, baradari, old delhi on date 12/12/2020 at 16:05 but the ATM transaction failed(transaction has been timed out Amount was not despensed)but 500 rupees debited in my account.i am very upset for that please resolve my problem as soon as possible....

              Hi team,

              I have bought one forex card from buyforex online and I have loaded around 400 $ I went to maldives spent 300 $ there I still have 100 $ but one day I get a mail that your card is expired but still you can get your refund from that day I am trying on all forums but not getting any response . I want to make people aware with such kind of frauds of federal and buyforexonline please never ever buy any forex card from these 2 vendors I am going to take a legal action against both of them and also going to create one facebook page with all details

                    Address: Federal bank Thevara branch

                    Visited Federal bank Thevara branch for SB account opening, instead of Rs 3000, branch lady asked to pay Rs 4000, (Rs 1000 additional for health insurance for one year). I refused it, but bank is protecting their employees for sales and incentives. I gave complaint on toll free no:683259, send numerous mails, contacted grievance department. Nothing happens. They squeeze their customers. Very disappointed.

                          What are this i don't have ECS date on 02-05-20 and 24-04-20

                          May month EMI cleared via account, that corona period how will the market bounce?

                          13-apr-20 already taken bounce charge for apr, again taken bounce charge 04-09-20 why?

                          Govt has announced that the corona period can't crisis the consumer. Why are you doing this?

                          My ECS date is 7th every month, why has aug-20 ECS passed 3rd aug-20?

                          More than enough time i asked questions via Net banking and did not get an answer about this.

                          I asked my financer, they told he didn't represent any ECS once bounced. then HOW?
