I had transferred Rs. 1438 to my friend's account on Nov 24, 2020 and till now its showing queued transaction. Kindly cancel the transaction and return the money....

I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.
And it is showing queued transaction from more than 30 minuets
Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.

Visited Federal bank Thevara branch for SB account opening, instead of Rs 3000, branch lady asked to pay Rs 4000, (Rs 1000 additional for health insurance for one year). I refused it, but bank is protecting their employees for sales and incentives. I gave complaint on toll free no:683259, send numerous mails, contacted grievance department. Nothing happens. They squeeze their customers. Very disappointed....

Today 04.11.2020 my upi transaction got unsuccessful the status shows payment as been queued. Dont know what happened.money has deducted from my account its been like 10 hours now.contacted federal customer care but didn't get an answer from them.really worried. If possible please suggest any way
