[Resolved]  Federal Bank — regarding bsnl recharge

My name is siju john from kanjirappaly. My account number is [protected] federal bank kanjirappally branch.. My bsnl number [protected] is recharged with bsnl 999 plan. Recharged using fedmobile app. The amount is deducted from my account but unfortunately the number is not recharged. So kindly check my complaint and expecting solution. And refund the amount

05/07/2018, Bsnl recharge payment Rs.135/-should be done through net banking but the amount should not entered to mobile account and the message was not got.

The amount is deducted to federal bank but i didnt get my recharg balance and i didnt get refund too.
Please kindly check n resolve it..

Its been 10 days... Still im helpless

I had made upi payment for my bsnl broadband bill through federal bsnl payments. The amount got deducted from my account but my bill payment was unsuccessful. Then again i paid the same amount..i paid for the bill twicerefunde for one bill. And my money is not refunded
