The customer raises a valid question: if your bank's staff themselves cannot decipher these pages, how can they expect the customer to comprehend them?The customer's distress stems from the trust they placed in a staff member, which was shamelessly exploited to fulfill certain targets. Initially, the staff member requested an amount of INR 1, 00, 000, and subsequently went to the lengths of offering incentives like mattresses to coerce the customer's cooperation. Additionally, considering that the customer has already deposited INR 2, 75, 000 to secure a vehicle loan of INR 7, 00, 000, they question the necessity of subscribing to an unfamiliar policy that demands a deposit of INR 50, 000.The customer's frustration is further compounded upon discovering that, despite clear evidence of the staff member's fraudulent actions, your institution claims to be unable to hold her accountable. This stance is perplexing, as the customer contends that if the staff member was truly blameless, there would be no reason for the bank to request their account number to address the matter. The threat of withdrawing their complaint only adds to the distress they are already enduring.Moreover, the customer is seeking your permission to assess their investment portfolio, which has suffered significant losses since 2018.
