[Resolved]  Federal Bank — travelled germany with federal bank -forex supercard , card authorization failed in atm, but money deducted. customer care is not responding

I came to Berlin (Germany) with your bank card (Forex supercard - prepaid)

ATM machine said Authorization failed, but i have got a message to mobile number saying *You have spent 200 euros on your card*. this is very bad. almost 1 day passed, I am still waiting for the amount to be reversed.

Could you please refund money. Otherwise, it is difficult to stay here without money. I need a quick update on this, i can't call from my registered indian mobile number from this country. Really bad experience with your customer care

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

Came to know that, if we use forex card we should complain to forex card customer care. we need to provide last 4 digits of card, registered email address & mobile number with the card. inform in whatsapp(+919574011149), that something wrong happened with the card and call customer care and talk to officers +918061914294
