Fencyfab — payment made but received nothing | |||
Hi, I ordered 5 dresses over fencyfeb online portal and paid online 2241.65 against order no 35825 dated 28 dec, 17 Received message for the same and there after no communication. I tried calling several times but the phone was switched off. I also sent mail and tried to raise my request over facebook, but i haven't received any response. Please refund my money immediately. Hi,
Like others, my order also was not delivered. There is no response to chat or email. The phone is switched off and the Facebook commenting is not available anymore.
Is there a way to get the money back?
