Fenesta — Fenesta door

We placed a big order to fenesta for our multi storey bungalow, since installation we have several issues. Their filed boys visited many times with no solution as product provided and hardware is of poor quality.
One day 16 feet mesh door fell on my mother.
Every other day the door locks comes in hand because of wrong hardware and poor installation.

10 feet slider doesnt work well as every other day it get stuck and doesnt lock.

Gaskit came off of 16ffet slider today. On thier online portal have done several complaints with no solution. Emails not responded no solution. We feel like we wasted money in fenesta
