We have a very large order booked with Fenesta through the Saraswati Vihar dealer. The dealer committed to conducting an on‑site measurement survey after we requested it one week in advance. Despite two follow‑up phone calls and an in‑person visit to their office, the dealer failed to attend the scheduled survey on 03 October 2025.
From the morning of the scheduled date I repeatedly called the dealer and was given successive new deadlines without any concrete commitment. The dealer insisted on evening visits despite the construction site being poorly lit at that time and our repeated explanation that evenings are unsuitable. Our workweek from Monday to Friday is tightly scheduled, leaving Saturdays as the only practical days for the survey, yet the dealer has consistently failed to honor appointments on those days as well.
This level of indifference and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a substantial order and has already caused unnecessary delays and operational disruption at the construction site. I request immediate escalation, a confirmed next‑day survey appointment during daytime hours, and clear assurance that measurement will be completed on that appointment. I expect written confirmation of the revised schedule and the name and contact details of the senior person responsible for resolving this matter.
