I wish to express my deep disappoint over the 'Service' rendered by you yesterday. I had placed an order online, order ref mentioned in the subject, for rs 1167 and it was acknowledged by you through mail and through message that it will be delivered on time mentioned during the time of booking.
We had given a slot of 12 noon to 3 pm which was fully acknowledged. Thereafter unilaterally you took a decision of delivering between 3 and 9 pm which was communicated to me only when I gave a call around 3.30 pm. It was also confirmed by the customer care person it will be positively delivered by 5 pm.
When I gave a call again at 5, the customer care person casually says, due to non serviceable area, the order got rejected.
Our question is did you not know that this was a non serviceable area at the time of placing the order.
As late as 3pm also it was conveyed it will be delivered positively by 5 pm.
It's really shocking that a reputed shop like yours is taking customer for a ride.
Being a Sunday, we did not have any alternative as all shops were closed.
We propose to initiate action by filling a case against you in the consumer forum.
Also the amount is not refunded yet.
