After rigorous follow up and complaint. No replacement of the sweet box which i have received from the order number 124084 in Abu Dhabi(UAE). Received my packet in the 26th July'2017 and sweets are getting expire almost in a month or so(9th Sep'2017). I asked for the replacement but FNP team has given me invalid reason.

Attached the images of the soan papdi after opening the box.
(a)Sweets are so hard and they get stuck into box due to ghee.Even you can see the imprints of the box which i have sent you in the Image no 5.
(b) Even the taste gets different from the normal soan papdi we usually buy from Haldiram's

This is the very awful and worst service given by FNP team. In future i won't recommend anyone to order something from FNP.

    I had booked for an international order a month back for rakhi. But they did not deliver on time calling it a 'rakhi rush's season and not listening to my complaints. However they still not deliver one of the three gifts that i ordered but the status shows 'delivered'. They have constantly put my call on hold till it gets disconnected. They finally said they would try to redeliver on the rakhi day itself but i told them to cancel and refund it, to which they agreed but i still haven't got any mail till now. All their mails just say we will come back to you shortly but they never do! They already charge double the amount because of international order and still neither deliver on time nor the product itself! Their argument of rakhi rush was not valid as i had booked a month back and all the products were supposed to be delivered together. However, one was delivered in advance, one a day later and one did not even get delivered. What makes is worse is the customer service! They will just keep putting you on hold till you call again and again. Not only have i spent money on the product that h
    Is undelivered but also so much on calling them again and again. Please do something as they also spoilt my relationship with my brother and family on rakhi

    And now they have the audacity to close the complaint raised by me here, on their own!! I get no call no message no email except for the one saying that my complaint has been closed!! Do you guys have any spine or are you all heartless demons!?

    I guess I should have checked this before ordering! You guys are even worse than a snake because atleast you know it will harm you; unlike you unhelpful heartless insensitive living beings (because you don't deserve to be called humans)

    Same concern as of mine ... pathetic services they should shut der company playing vd their customers feelings n sentiments. .. they are unable to send the wishes to our dear ones ... within time ... m calling dem since mrg ...

      Worst service ever received by an ecommerce site. I ordered a rakhi set of three rakhis with roli chawal and a 1kg tin of gulab jamun. I sent an added small rakhi as well to make the count four.

      They delivered 1kg of gulab jamun in a plastic container from a local next street shop and the extra rakhi attached on the top of the gulab jamun box with the same cellotape they sealed the container. What a great way to pack a rakhi gift.

      They send someone with one children rakhi who bought gulab jamun from a nearby shop and attched the rakhi on top of it. The main rakhi set was never delivered. Attched are all the images.

        Same concern as others are complaining about delay in delivery have ordered on 31 july and asked to deliver d product on 4th aug today its 6th n tomorrow its rakhshabandhan and my brother won't be getting rakhi on time his wrist will be empty... He is in us... Just coz of des frauds... I wish i would have send this rakhi via courier... But trusted des emotion less people.. Don't know to value their customers emotions....

        Yesterday called customer care on 5th jaspreet executive answered d call and took the details and said it had delivered yesterday as requested ven i told them its not delivered yet he started teaching protocols... 3 days shipping n all... Still i requested and asked to help me out he kept on checking with relevant international dept. Further i asķed him to transfer ma call to senior den saurabh supervisor finally admitted the fault and apologised and said raise a concern regarding d same as it was supposed to deliver on 4th... Still assured will get it done on same day 5th aug... M still hunting for help its been 36 mins m waiting for him to come on call as some executive didn't remember name told me he is on other call... These guyz are making me cry... Werein company claimed to smile their customers at any cost...
        Still a request somebody help me out to deliver it today... Plz...

        Finally he came but the concern is same dat will be deliver tomorrow. .. i literally begged him ... n said in desi language bhai mujhe ni pata ap chote ho ya bade mujhse plz being a brother meri feelings samjho information mat do help karo .ye first year h uska US mai i don't want ki uski wrist khali ho usdin.. den he asked home address as i hv given academic address to deliver dis rakhi ... to vich i reverted dat i hv to ask from ma bro vich ll be again a long process. .. nw asked me to stay on line .. n m waiting again

        In 1 hr 9 min 13sec at last they could figure out dat courier is been delivered yesterday at d gate of robotics dept to on duty gaurd and asked to call maa bro n asked to check vd at gate or dept where all the couriers get deliver. I hv informed ma bro n he is try to locate it ... as there courier guy didn't called maa bro at d time of delivery... still searching for "the rakhi"

        In half an hour call again no sol saurabh is on d way to office .. person next to him international query head people work 10.30 to 7 acc to indian timings wherein pittsburgh timings is 12.12 am of 7th aug..

        Since mrg doing the follow ups as it could get deliver at least today now i think its been misplaced n dey guys are not able to give me contact details or at least d name of onduty gaurd ... acc to them it was delivered on 5th mrg 08.14 am ... which i can also see on traking link saying delivered to agent ... to vich they say agent refers to recipient. .. now dey can't get details coz of Saturday sunday off... my support team is still working on d same ... ######## why d hell dey could not get the details on 5th as dey said it was delivered on dat day n i m calling them since dat afternoon only ... on friday a working day ... no support team is calling ... 1st complaint they resolved at their on vdout any feedback i mrg raised a fresh complaint in 11.20 am's call now in last call at 2.22 pm raised another follow up complaint to support department as dey were supposed to call me within 2 hrs but noone turned up...

        These people have started disconnecting maa call after putting me on hold ... please see the below image of maa call log... instead of gv me a call back from support team within 2 hr after a follow up call... its been 4 hr nw ... not getting details of the person to whom they have delivered d product. .. wake up guys its 10 am in pittsburgh now ... and monday tooo... get d details you shamless people...

          I had placed the order with order no 3082993 on 5th aug-2017. Last year i had booked & they delivered as i had paid delivery charges. They had delivered last year even without calling. This time they are giving the excuse that you address is wrong because this time i did not opt for delivery charges.

          All the costumer care people are bloody jokers, they are saying you pay extra for delivery as we couldn't trace you address.

          Pl avoid the business with fern & petals.
          I will write to company employee about this will ask not to do any business with ferns & petals. I circulate same on facebook whatsapp etc.

          They are bloody cheaters

            I placed an order from fnp, order id 3064224, it was a suprise for a birthday. The delivery boy was not able to find the address and he kept on calling my jiju for whom this surprise was, he litteraly got frustrated due to continuous call from the delievry boy and suddenly he cancelled the order. The delivery boy didnt called me on my number, i asked fnp to refund my money but they are not doing that. Such cheaters they are, i placed an order from peter england that too from shop not from any website or portal, they even dont have delivery boys but still they delivered the gift for him and made my day but it all got ruined due to non delivery of the cake which i ordered from fnp. I always prefered fnp and even asked my friends to plcae order from there but this time they just ruined everything, i dont think that i will be plaing my next order from there. Kinfly refund it, i already shared my bank account at [protected]@fnp.com now they are not reverting nor giving importance. I think now this is the only medium left for them to earn money as their business is in loss.

              While placing order they confirmed that they will not share the sender details but the same were mentioned on the gift, i asked to deliver the product on 24.07.2017 but because of their mistake the courier was send to wrong place that affected the date of deliver so i had to colllect the gift from the courier company and bear double cost to make timely delivery of the gift.

                I placed an order 3001544 on thrusday date 27th july 2017 for delivery on 28th july 2017 as standard delivery between 08 to 12 noon.

                But it was never delivered nor was there any call... Since this was by me and for me i could easily track it down.

                No one called no one delivered.. Irrespective of fact that i sent them email again and again and such nonsensical replies that they called and no one picked the phone (I fail to understand was the delivery to be done by phone or by address)

                They are fraud cheat and this is the second incident hence never ever order there again..

                  Hi team
                  I had ordered 3 courire item via your company and the order number was 2866448 which had to be delivered before 21st however it dint hppn... And when contacted you people came back saying blue dart is unable to deliver it due to restricted premises entry however this is not the case if the delivery person calls the recepient person i can step out of the gate and can collect the product which is not happening. The delivery person is not giving a call instead he is just trying to handover the product to security which can not happen as it is a navy area. Hence i have filed a complaint with national consumer forum for the same and the complaint number is 365115. Please help in getting the product.

                    I ordered a gift from fnp. The gift was supposed to be delivered by 15th july, 2017, unfortunately fnp couldn't stood up to its commitment.
                    I followed up with fnp customer care patiently for 3 days, but to my astonishment the calls were handled very unprofessionally and the complaint was closed without my consent and non - delivery of the order.

                    After so much efforts, the delivery is still not been done till date, and it's been 3 days. I called fern n petal like - 10-20 times, but never satisfactorily responded. Instead they mention its not the fault that the delivery man as no one was at the house. I had provide not only the recipients number but also my number. He should have contacted either o[censored]s.

                    They don't even respond properly that till when it'll be delivered.

                      I had ordered a cake to be delivered at houston, usa. It was supposed to reach on 24 june us time. But on cross-checking with my brother in law, i found that the cake was not received by them. On 26th june, i get an sms "delivered left at" now, what is this supposed to mean!!!. I called fern n petal but never satisfactorily responded. Instead they mention its not the fault that the delivery man as no one was at the house. I had provide not only the recipients number but also my number. He should have contacted either o[censored]s. Later to the surprise of my brother in law, 3 days later he finds cake in some corner of the house (Already rotten)!!! What type of service is this? I reverted to customer care service but they blatantly have refused to give refund and blaming me for providing a wrong address!!! What a liars!!!

                      We would like to inform you that we have checked with the recipient and recipient stated that the gift was delivered to the communal mail box.

                      We have checked with the delivery team, as per the information, the gift could not be delivered to the recipient directly due the the missing apartment number. We will not be issuing you a refund due to the fact that the address you provided was missing address information resulting in a package that was unable to be delivered directly to your recipient and was delivered to the communal mail box.

                      Since the order had perishable product/s, we are really sorry that a redelivery in this case will not be possible. Hope you can understand our constraints.

                      Please refer to our shipping disclaimer point below:

                      Ferns n petals will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only once.in the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
                      1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.

                      3. Premises locked

                        I am jay resident o[censored]ae had ordered a bouquet for my wife in india via www.fnp.com.

                        Order date: 20.06.2017
                        Delivery date to be: 23.06.2017

                        Delivery time committed by company : 11 am to 9 pm ist

                        I awaited whole day to know if they would deliver and at 7:30 pm i called them to check on the status and the customer agent promised by close of business hours it should be delivered but to my misfortune it didn't happen,
                        I called them again at 10:30 pm ist to know if the order was delivered as learnt from my wife she hasn't received anything, upon calling the customer agent he replied and gave funny story that 'their partner is unavailable and will take my complaint as a priority". Though they sent me an auto email
                        It is now 11:38 am ist and still company doesn't know about the whereabouts of the order except playing the blame game.

                        I really feel disappointed that such fake websites claim big things on their website, it gives an impression that companies in e-commerce are fraudulent and untrustworthy except they charge ur credit card and play blame game on false promises, i request concerned authorities to crack down on such websites who do such trade to charge credit cards and don't commit to their business principles as they mention on their website.

                          Order number: 2638286 was not delivered on time. It was to be delivered between 2pm and 3 pm but it was delivered at 3.43 pm.

                          On asking what happened i was told that they could not get through to the receiver, the i was told that the building name was not provided (Dress should suffice as every building does not have a name)

                          I would like a refund of the 200 that i gave because basis my conversation with my receiver he did not receive any call from anyone, the point of a call not going through did not exist as i called him from a different city could connect to him over a call and the delivery executive being in the same city could not get through him.

                          This is extremely unprofessional. The product was not ready and did not get there on time because of it not being ready. It was not because of not knowing the name of the building or the call not going through to the receiver.

                          After hearing from me at 3.32pm the receivers number was suddenly "reachable" and got delivered in 20 minute.

                          Service providers and the people working for them should =never lie to their customer. I'd appreciate it if "ferns and petals: pay 200 for delivery on preferred time" should learn.

                          Horrible experience!

                          Instead of writing HAPPY birthday it was written BAPPY birthday...very careless attitude...highly dissapointed...it was my first experience with ferns & petals...which is a very bad one...i guess it will be the last expeience with this site also.. i will never recommend ferns & petals to anyone ever

                            I had ordered a jade plant on may 8, 2017. And it was a defective piece. I had asked for a replacement and i was promised a replacement in a week but haven't received it yet. Its been 2 weeks now and i have no jade plant.

                            I had asked for the specific jade plant like in the picture with the porcelain vase but was given the disgusting plastic pot with the worn out jade plant. Are you all cheating the customers?! Either i want the jade plant or want a refund of my cash. The plant i got isn't worth rs.700. Its worth a cheap rs.25 that i can easily get on the streetside.

                            The whole purpose of a gift is to be showy and fancy and you have betrayed the whole intention of gifting by sending some rubbish. Pls keep the crap to yourself and give me my replacement.

                              I am really annoyed, with the quality of flowers and cake that were delivered to my mom today. Moreover, it was chocolate truffle cake, however, i placed the order for black forest cake. She refused to accept it, and ask to deliver the fresh flowers and cake. Your staff member did say, that he will bring again. This is the second time, i'm facing this issue. I just want my money back. I don't want to deal with you anymore. My dad works in times of india. I feel like filing a complaint in user section. Kindly refund my money.

                                I wanted to send Flowers and Cake to my mother for Mother's day, placed order online #2444331. They charged money as soon as the order is placed, given the time window May 14th 2017, 6 AM to 9PM IST.
                                No delivery as promised. Can't be reachable to the stupid customer service number given. No agents to chat online besides waiting in the queue for multiple time for hours and hours.
                                After midnight received email saying they couldn't deliver due flooded orders on the Mother's day.
                                At around 2 AM midnight received next email saying, they attempted to deliver the order but wrong address.
                                Do you expect my 70 yr old parents to stay up past midnight to receive their order. What a malicious complaint and excuse.
                                Who ever sent this email, is that guy born to parents?
                                Ferns N Petals have no ETHICS.
                                Why did they commit to deliver when the order is placed online?
                                If they can not deliver that's fine, to avoid their mistake and give refund amount they gave a nasty excuse that they tried to deliver at 2 AM hours of IST to some old couple knocking their door that time.
                                I wonder how CEO fellow of this company is running this disgusting business with 240+ outlets and horrible customer service.
                                Does any one wants their Mother to be treated like that knocking door past midnight after Mother's day?

                                  I have heard about FernsnPetals from lot of my friends; therefore thought of placing the order from this site
                                  I have placed couple of orders (2438928 and 2439222) back to back for Mother's day on 12th May for the same address. The one[protected] which I placed later was delivered early in the morning on 14th May and other one[protected] which I actually wanted to get it delivered early, I dint receive any update for the same.

                                  I have done lot of follow ups that but the only response I received was that it will be delivered within the time slot of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM which was very disappointing.

                                  There was no such tracker using which you can track where your order is actually stuck. Even on the application app, you cannot track where your order is actually pending.

                                  Since morning, I have made lot of follows with the customer care and later, I was hopeless that you will not be delivering my order.

                                  At around 10:00 PM, I received a call from my family that some delivery boy came with bouquet, when my family asked why the order is late, on that the attitude of delivery boy was so ridiculous that he was not at all humble and had a disrespecting tone.

                                  I want to give surprise to my Mom on Mother's Day but due to your services, things went very disappointing.

                                  I am really disappointed by your services. I want my amount to be refunded as the bouquet was't delivered to the recipient due to the bad nature of the delivery boy.

                                    My sister staying abroad booked an order on occasion of Mothers day for mother
                                    They cheated over the same and given such pathetic response.
                                    1-There is no such order cancelation process???
                                    2- There is no message of call regarding delievery.

                                    IT is that much difficult for your team to sail in flood then why you people took
                                    Orders.
                                    You people better know your stenghths.
                                    If IT is not posible for you and your team
                                    Then please process for cancelation due to failure in commitment.
                                    Kindly refund the amount back to consignee.

                                      I had placed order no. 2243015 on 16th April 2017 for delivery of Mango cake as a surprise Birthday gift on 17th April 2017 but they did not deliver it on time.
                                      I called them twice and requested about the time of delivery before 3 pm but my cake was delivered after 5 pm when my friend had left the office and cake was eaten by his security guards when it arrived after office hours.
                                      I called them and I wrote to them emails and urged them to send this delivery again next day.
                                      They have do not have respect for customer's order they do it for the sake of it.
                                      Please do not order any thing from them they are anyway charging vary high price for very poor service.

                                        Ordered a flower bouquet on their website. Description on website said there could be a 'SLIGHT' variation in the actual arrangement. However, they sent something completely different from the picture on website. They send 12 roses in a glass tumbler whereas the description says 12 roses, rectangular glass vase and seasonal leaves. Upon requesting them to fix the issue, I received an email from Derryl Daniel saying that a slight variation is not an issue. Attached are the pictures on website and actual picture of bouquet sent.
                                        I am appalled by their low quality service more than anything else. Complete ignorance and lack of empathy. No interest in solving customer agony. Horrible.
