Ordered one cake for someone's birthday, ordered delivered 15th october, after cutting the cake we found exact truth of fnp services, they charged rs.2300 for a single 2kg cake and then wonderfully scammed us. They sent a rotten stale cake, cake was so hard to cut. Clearly realised that pantry sent us 6-7 days old cake. After ordering so expensive cake received this kind of service. Customer service even more pathetic, they took 72 hours to understand what exact issue, then started giving excuses like they would not be able to entertain my request as 48 hours already passed, the cake was already rotten and they waste 4 days more. Now they are lying continuously that they mailed me on 16th october where i didn't receive single mail from them. Immediately take action against them and request other also not to order cakes for important events like birthday or something. They clearly cheated us and now lying. Dont trust or rely on them.
