Extra Cost for timely delivery but not delivered, customer case numbers does not connect...

It is stated that I booked Rakhis on July 27, 2022 (Order No. #[protected] to be delivered to Kuwait. When the order was delivered, the items delivered were not that I paid for. The Rakhis were of very cheap quality.

Secondly, the delivery person charged money (INR 700.00) from the recipient. When I complained to FnP, they just told me to provide the receipt of the paid money (so-called custom charges) so that it may be refunded....

I've ordered Rakhi and sweets which was suppose to be delivered on 10th August. When I tried to track it, only thing it shows is Prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery we have also mentioned our contact no. but still we didn't received any call from service centre or from the delivary man . I tried to contact every contact number mentioned on fern and petals Website but no response from anywhere.

I booked 3 Rakhis and a Birthday cake yesterday 10th of August 2022, from Fern and Petals vide Order ID #36727319. The order was supposed to be delivered by yesterday itself that is 10-Aug-2022 to Mr.Tabish Zia of Pilibhit (262001)

However I got a notification on my mobile app yesterday night that the delivery was attempted but nobody was found.

Curious I called the receiving party my Brother Tabish Zia and confirmed...

We booked FnP's wedding venue "The Pavilion" on July 6 at Delhi. What we were shown and what we were given on the day of the wedding were totally different.

I've ordered a birthday cake on 19th July to be delivered to USA on 22nd evening. I got the UPS tracker ID and and upon checking on 22nd morning it showed delayed. Followed up with FNP customer service but to no response. I got a promotional call and when checked he said that he will connect me to customer support which never happened.

Placed an order yesterday (6th July 2022) late night but wanted to cancel it and so called them today, 7th July 2022 (not even 24 hours have gone by). The order delivery date is 12th July 2022. But they did not cancel it though the order was not shipped even. This after their own FAQs page says the following -

"Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested delivery...

I am receiving gifts from fnp from anonymous sender from last 2-3 yrs. I want to know the sender details as they have my phone no and address details without my information.
Reached the customer care but since I didn't have any info on the sender while I shared all the details at the receiving end but they couldn't help.

Ordered a birthday gift and suppose to get delivered on birthday date But got delivered 4 days later.Wrong product was delivered.Almost the similar one, but the price difference is around Rs.700.
Usually when we gift something to loveable person it's a valuable one and we will not ask the rate and they also will not mention it.These people are playing with the same and cheating.No proper response from customer care also....
