      Ordered blue orchids valued at INR 1750 for a birthday (order slip photo enclosed).. everything went well including timing (paid extra for specific delivery time)..
      2 days later the blue paint on the stems (obviously spray painted) started coming off (photograph enclosed)..
      It became a big embarassment for me and my family..

        I am from Chennai and I have ordered Unicorn cake order id: [protected] from ferns & petals on my daughters birthday. But the unicorn cake design which is mentioned in ferns & petals is totally mismatch with the cake i have received. Some low level thugs, fraud who is enrolled as partner with ferns & petals use paper cut image of dead horse or donkey or dog i couldn't recognize and Stick it on the cake with cream all over it saying it's an "unicorn". When i opened the cake me and family totally gone heart attack and feel embarrassed in front of my friends & relatives who are invited for B'day party. I throw the cake to the dustbin and immediately ordered new cake in nearby cake store.

        When i complaint the same in Ferns & Petals another thugs name "Sanjeev Kumar" who is employed in Ferns & Petals who offered me Rs.200 worth of cadbury celebration box for 2200 Rupees cake. i slash him right away in the mail and call that i need my amount refund else i am gonna file police complaint. At last after many struggles over call they agreed to refund the full amount i have spend on the cake.

        Such an horrible experience with FnP. If anyone wants an cake kindly ordered to your nearby cake store never believe this online stores they won't keep up their promise.

              First time ordered Rakhi's online thinking it will be delivered on time but on site it showed it will be delivered within week but it took 2 weeks to be delivered. Apart from that one order did not came but shows as delivered and other 2 were damaged and wrong orders. Not sure even the customer service is not that great. They close the tickets without informing why they closed it. Not sure what to do on the same... :(

                The Kaju katli that arrived with this order only had 1 piece. On the website it says 4 pieces. Where did 3 pieces went missing. On such good occassion of raksha bandhan this is only a good behvaiour.

                    It is stated that I booked Rakhis on July 27, 2022 (Order No. #[protected] to be delivered to Kuwait. When the order was delivered, the items delivered were not that I paid for. The Rakhis were of very cheap quality.

                    Secondly, the delivery person charged money (INR 700.00) from the recipient. When I complained to FnP, they just told me to provide the receipt of the paid money (so-called custom charges) so that it may be refunded. When I asked my relatives in Kuwait, they told me that no receipt had been provided for the charged money.

                    In the episode, FnP refrained from discussing the wrong product delivered. Thus they have closed the complaint without providing any resolution.

                    I believe I deserve a refund of the cost paid for the order and wrongly charged money. In the past, I have sent the Rakhis by Speedpost, and no customs charges are ever levied on Rakhi.

                    I request you to kindly help me to get my hard-earned money refunded.

                      I've ordered Rakhi and sweets which was suppose to be delivered on 10th August. When I tried to track it, only thing it shows is Prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery we have also mentioned our contact no. but still we didn't received any call from service centre or from the delivary man . I tried to contact every contact number mentioned on fern and petals Website but no response from anywhere.
                      I want that this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. This was such a disappointing behaviour from fern and petals.

                        I booked 3 Rakhis and a Birthday cake yesterday 10th of August 2022, from Fern and Petals vide Order ID #36727319. The order was supposed to be delivered by yesterday itself that is 10-Aug-2022 to Mr.Tabish Zia of Pilibhit (262001)

                        However I got a notification on my mobile app yesterday night that the delivery was attempted but nobody was found.

                        Curious I called the receiving party my Brother Tabish Zia and confirmed that nobody attempted any delivery whatsoever.

                        Now we met Tabish and Family on the Internet and never really got to meet each other physically. Although being a Muslim family the kids know that their Kolkata Wali Bua ( My wife Chaiti Das ) will send Rakhi to them which they would wear which all the respect, love and gratitude.

                        In short this is really very special. Since Tabish is having a Birthday today too we thought we would use Fern and Petals to deliver a surprise element. So we sent a standard Rakhi via amazon and wanted the kid's ones and Bday to be special.

                        Fern and Petals ruined everything. I don't mind the money charged. But the moments of happiness lost cannot be compensated ever.

                        Tried raising tickets, calling and attempting to initiate chat over web interface but the company is non-responsive.

                        BTW the payment page got stuck while ordering and I got a call immediately who assisted me to complete and pay for the order.

                        They do have the infrastructure but not the honest attitude one would expect

                        and

                        DELIVERY ATTEMPTED is at 7:25PM

                        Now to reach the destination, call the customer etc isn't that one minute TOO LITTLE A TIME ??

                        Incapacity of Service, Mala fied Intentions, Presentation o[censored]ntrue facts and pseudo support system is what Fern and Petals have become.

                            Ten days back we placed order with fern and petal Rakhi . Order no is 35932621. You company was supposed to deliver it on 9th august . Today is 10. Tomorrow is rakhi . Till I didn’t receive my order. When I tried to check on your website and app it’s showing items photos but no other details. I couldn’t able to track . I raided query with help desk but till now no solution. I tried customer care also but I heard only advertisements but no response .
                            What should I do ? If I won’t get my praxes tomorrow morning by 9am . I will sue your company in consumer court .
                            Hope you will do the needful as early as possible

                              I had ordered rakhi on 6th august for delivery in DELHI and the estimated delivery was on 7th august .On 7th august it showed that its out for delivery but no attempt was made for delivery and they are lying on customer care complain that delivery was attempted and today is 10th of august and till now my order is missing. I have already paid for my order and till now its not delivered and it does not tell me also that where my order . I tried to raise a ticket 2 times on 8th august and on 9th august also but even they did not tell me where my order is. I don't know that should i wait for the delivery or what should i do now., Are they spending all the money on just advertisement and not on real customer satisfaction. I am having a very bad experience with FnP now. All the good things is just in advertisement.

                                I have placed an order for Rakhi on 2nd aug and chosen a date of 7aug for delivery with Order ID #36248619

                                when I called customer care they started telling me that blue dart doesn’t deliver on Sunday. Now it’s Tuesday and still my order is not been delivered, and they are replying me saying we

                                This product is shipped using the services of our courier partner. For products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, we are unable to commit an exact date/time of delivery. Your gift can be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.

                                Below is the current status of your order

                                If they are not able to commit an exact time for delivery then why they are giving us to choose the date option while ordering, is this a new way to fool customers and looting customers hard earned money. They are not trustworthy any more. It was better if I have chosen a simple “speed post “ option from post office. It is more fast then FNP and blue dart. I will nvr recommend anyone fnp, worst experience

                                  I had booked a cake delivery from fern and patels application for 8th Aug, i paid inr 49 extra for express delivery, later on 8th aug, i was informed they can’t deliver the cake by 3 pm due to no power supply and cake will be delivered by 6 pm. Cake was not delivered by 6 pm and i raised several queries through mobile app and even over phone, but got no response, about 7:25 pm i got message that delivery attempt failed, by the delivery boy due to insufficient address, but that is not true because they had delivered to same address before also, at the same time delivery boy didnt even call to confirm the address or tried to find it, when i called the delivery boy phone it was coming switched off, i raised several queries and over phone also, i was told it will be tried to deliver again but no delivery was done, and all my queries and complaints were closed without any response. Now i am being forced to accept the cake after the birthday is already passed, they are not ready to do refund.

                                    Dear all,
                                    This is with reference to the above order that I had placed this order on 23.07.22 which is supposed to be delivered on 29.07.22.But even after several one-sided communication through mail and calls my order is not yet delivered.
                                    I must tell you that i called Ferns N Petals customer care no:[protected] number of times till today and everybody told me that it will be delivered soon .On 30th July i got a mail from Ferns N Petals that my order is shipped with track id:[protected].How funny order needs to be delivered on 29th is shipped on 30th .Also while tracking through the link.provided i got the message as :
                                    " We didn’t find an item associated with this number"
                                    After this I called your Ferns N Petals customer care again and again every day but no status was clarified by your team and it was told to me that our team will call you soon.Even after several calls i made to Ferns N Petals team not a single call was received from Ferns N Petalsteam regarding my concern, which was shocking for me.On 4th Aug i got a mail from fnp that
                                    "Oh dear! We're feeling very bad that your order #35868459 could not be delivered to Santosh Nanda due to"
                                    After receiving this mail which was quite a surprise for me, i again i called numbers of time to Ferns N Petals customer care team but the response from Ferns N Petals team was as explained above and till now nobody called me from team to clarify the status.In between recipient Mr.Santosh Nanda also called Ferns N Petals team (Mrs/Miss Priti) and clarified everything about the delivery not yet done and the address provided was correct.She told him that she will call in two hours after getting information from international team.I also shared the address proof of the recipient as required by Ferns N Petals but all our efforts went in vain as we did not received any calls from her and Ferns N Petals team and no update is provided.
                                    Today I had a talk with Mr.Aakash and he provided me with a different track id:[protected]. In this the status of 2nd Aug is updated and he told me that it was out for delivery and will reach soon and the international team will call within an hour.Till now no calls received.
                                    In my several conversations I requested to cancel the order if you can't deliver in time so I will try other ways but Ferns N Petals guys are not cancelling my order also. This is nothing but harassment of a prepaid customer.
                                    Rakhi is a festival of Joy but Ferns N Petals guys made this festival a big nuisance.Till now the delivery is not done from Ferns N Petals team.It is a waste of time and money from my side and nothing else.
                                    So request you to deliver the same at the earliest or if not possible refund the amount immediately.

                                        We booked FnP's wedding venue "The Pavilion" on July 6 at Delhi. What we were shown and what we were given on the day of the wedding were totally different.

                                        1. AC not working
                                        2. Water bootles scarcity
                                        3. Food was not served till 11:00 p.m. even after guests arrived.
                                        4. Caterer Mr. Varun was so rude to help.
                                        5. Forced to pay Rs. 50k for ordering 20 extra plates at 3 am.
                                        6. Water denied at the time of baraat swagat. We were forced to arrange water bottles on our own.
                                        7. No fan provided on outer food venue. Forced to pay Rs. 2000 for the fan.
