Eggless cake ordered, promised to be delivered in a white box to indicate that it is eggless. Not delivered in white box, no marking to prove it is eggless.
Cake lying untouched for the last 5 days, could not be cut on Birthday. Complaint not being resolved by FNP team, do not even call back as promised.
Each customer care representative tells a different company policy.
Pathetic experience with FNP.

    This is the complaint against ferns n petals, that they have not delivered the order (Order #[protected] on the occasion, It was wedding anniversary on 9th December 2022 and i have ordered something to be delivered on same day which was confirmed by the customer care that it will be delivered on the same day, delivery slot was till 9 pm and at 9 pm they called asking can we reschedule the order, What kind of joke is this!!!

    They are growing the business with false promises i guess, I had faced this issue in past also and still i have ordered considering that might be it might be happened once, but i was wrong the team doesn't care about emotions of customer All they have to make money with false promises.

      Review For Ferns And Petals
      By facing the issue multiple times from FNP(Ferns and Petals) I am forcebly writing this review from my honest experience and i would strongly recommend and request to each and every customer to think multiple times before placing any order from this website as they have neither the chains in India and they are doing false promises to the customer in each and every steps. For my cake order I was continuously chasing him since 3 days and the cake has not been delivered even in the high profile area of Hyderabad. And finally I had to cancell it and till now I am chaing for my refund since 1 month.

      So please please don’t place any order if you are looking for the cake specially because if would not be delivered on time then there will be no usage and importance of your delivery.

            With due regards i had ordered a birthday cake on 9th pf nov 2022 with order no 38689892. It was to be delivered on 11th of november at new jersey to my brother arnav anshul but it was not delivered but false massage was sent by fnp that it was delivered. I was trying for last two days for it but no satisfactory answer was given by the company. Nither they are returning thr mony. As birtday was already passed so there is no means of delivering the cake afterthat. I just want you to do some action on these fake comapny so that they can not play with the emotions of the customers.

              Self had ordered cake & others items from FNP on 29/oct.22, 3.11 PM and the delivery time given by FNP was 7 Pm, but unfortunately i had received a call from FNP that we are not able to deliver it on the given date and the order will be delivered on 30 oct. 2022 or we can cancel it. I have recording of FNP conversation also. I requested to concerned authorities take take a strict action against FNP so that in future no customer will face any embarrassment like this

                  Order was not delivered on specified date and delivery partner never visited the delivery address and never retried contact number if it was not reachable .
                  Despite of so many complaints order was not delivered that day and no refund was given . There was no option of changing address as per our wish

                    Total: Rs 4327/-
                    The place of delivery was on Ras al khaimah, UAE
                    More of that the surprise for the husband who is living in such a distance was ruined
                    They say that they will call back, no resolution was provided.They say that they will take 24-48 hrs to get in touch

                      Order#38236137 was booked on 19 October 2022 with assurance that it would be delivered the next day. Ferns N Petals' services are terrible. Most of the time, I kept chasing for my orders after trying for number of hours, remaining glued to the phone for getting customer care to pick up and if it all it is picked up, someone will put it on hold and then it gets disconnected. It is also a matter of concern that Ferns N Petals take orders on sub vendor items which they kept on waiting without honoring committed dates. Such an attitude is very amazing in a competitive world. Now it seems that it has become a commission agent where the deliveries are assigned to sub vendor with sub standard products and no commitments. May I plead my order which was supposed to be delivered 3 days back to be delivered now. Pray God to make our concerns addressed.

                        I have palced one cake order to Manchester UK on 15th oct through ferns and petals and which is supposed to get delivered on 21st Oct 2022. I have got one email on 21st oct saying that order has been shipped through royal mail with some reference number. However, when i clicked on track order which was given in the email, It is throwing invalid reference number error and in fnp mobile app the status of order is updated as delivered. This is highlevel fraud by ferns and petals.

                          This order said it would be delivered between 9am to 9 pm on 11th October. If there was any doubt on it, it should have been mentioned in the delivery timings. Showing me a fine print under delivery details is a ridiculous way your customer care has got away with not delivering the greetings of time. It is of no use now as the birthday is over. Whatever excuse you give and try to pass the buck on the customer, it does not absolve you of the responsibility that you failed to deliver my wishes on time. I asked for my refund, but was told that it is written under the delivery information. This is absolutely unethical that you mention delivery time in bold, all customers only read that; no one reads the fine print. If this is the way fnp is going to act, I am cancelling my account.

I had paid 2800rs but didn't receive anything and no response from them.

                              Why do you cancel order at last minute
                              It was my niece first birthday and I wanted to make it special
                              Now at the very last minute you are saying cake delivery not possible
                              Now how in the world I will arrange another cake today

                                  I recently placed an order for Germany using Ferns n Petals. It was expected to be delivered on 16th September, 2022. However on 18th september, i receive an email stating the delivery could not be completed due to incorrect address. However the address was correct. I submitted the address proof of the recipient as well. Moreoever, they never attempted to call the recipient on that day and the recipient was home the whole day.
                                  They do not provide any proof of delivery attempt.
                                  After 4 days they claim the item is perishable so we can not deliver it now. and we can process refund as well.
                                  I paid 2200 Rs for an order which was never delivered and there was no mistake from my side.
                                  No where on the website it was mentioned that the delivery will not be re attempted or refund won't be provided incase o[censored]nsuccessful delivery.

                                    I had ordered for two photo printed coffee mugs on 3rd Sept(order nos. 37267293 &[protected] with one day delivery i.e by 04.09.2022. But on 04.09.[protected]@3.51, I recieved mesage saying "delivery attempted'. This was idiotic update as i was at home for the whole day. And these items were urgently required for occasion on 05.09.2022, but it was not delivered. Still my orders are not delivered. Now they are saying" addres is incomplete and re-delivery is not possible. If they are not able to deliver items in time or even now, I need my money to be refunded with applicable interest on it. Very reckless people and not fit for online shopping.

                                      Very bad experience with this company.
                                      I made an order for a birthday gift which was supposed to deliver on 16Sep 22.
                                      However, yet not delivered till 8:pm on the 17th.
                                      I enquiries about the same and customer support team told me that you have not picked up our courier boy call and due to this your item not delivered when I asked him for the contact number of the courier by he refused and told me that we don't have no.
                                      I request him for order cancellations but he refused. I asked him for a replacement for other items, but he also denied it.
                                      I request to everyone, please don't buy any product from this company as they are making fool of customers and making money by cheating them.
