I have booked for delivery of flower bouquets under the Order No. OR[protected] which was to be delivered on 24th Jan between 4PM to 9PM. The delivery boy calls the recipient to collect the order instead of delivering it whereby the recipient denied. Thereafter in next 30 min I received the sms that the gift is delivered and received by Self. When I confirmed the recipient he told that he have not delivered. When I enquired with Ferns N Petals, they say an attempt for delivery was made and then they delivered it next day. I asked for refund as it doesn't make any sense to deliver the next day when occasion is already past.
After number of emails as well they are not ready to refund. I am dissatisfied with the way they responded and not ready to accept their mistake.
