Ferns N Petals — Order not delivered even after 1 week of fixed delivery date

I have placed an order for Rakhi to be delivered on 27th Aug 2015 (fixed date as per order). The order is not delivered and I had a conversation with the company's representatives almost 10 times on and before Rakhi Day and they don't have any valuable information to provide me apart from that it is out for delivery which is the status since 28th Aug 2015 and that it will reach in 1 or 2 hours. On 29th Aug, they even informed me that it is sent via speed post and my family can collect it from post office. Since Speed post can be tracked online and the no. provided is not traceable (no order with the given id exist), I informed the same to them. Then they told me some story of how Indian post might not have updated the order to the system due to rush on Rakhi. My family visited post office, as suggested by the representatives and they informed that there is no such order as mentioned by the team. When I asked them to check who updated the status that it is out for delivery, they don't have any tracking and no idea on what basis that status is set in the system. Now its been 5 days after rakhi and I don't see any possibility that my rakhi will ever reach my family. These people are charging extra money just for providing fixed delivery date. If they can't stick to the date mentioned, there is no point providing the delivery date. Please find attached the screenshot where it is clearly mentioned that the delivery date is 27.08.2015 and current status is out for delivery. Regards, Ina Manchanda
