Fiitjee — Refused to give my refund

Fiitjee is a coacthing institute of iitjee. I had joined her for two years pinnacle course. My first year in this collage had been runned in such a irrelavent way. I m from tirupathi. I had joined in hyderabad fiitjee kukatpally. Actually their is no fiitjee hostel in kukatpally. But when i m joining they showed a private hostel and said its fiitjees. As we belived that the fiitjee hostel is the best. I joined their. But from the first day onwards itself i started to face problems there. We are 6 girls whole. We need to go for the brekfast, luch, and dinner to mess where their are nearly hundreads of boys. We need to face the misbehaviour hold by the boys everyday. Due to this i never used to go for dinner, some times breakfast and luch even. Due to this i became sick. This made me to keep holidays. This hostel people never followed neatness. Hostel manager never used to response to our problems. She never taken up our parents phonecalls. We dont have any gaurdian for our girls hostel. And many more problems like this we faced in first year. Even though facing all this stuff i tried my level best to be attentive in class. According to me about me, i may be not a ranker one. But i m a talented one. Even though i m irregular to collage i used to be more attentive and used to answer questions fast than my frnds. But these fiitjee people never cared about hosteland putted me in the last batch. To say by studying in fiitjee i got 368 in ipe exams. I prepared for improvement by my own and i got 433.In last batch quacks, they are just saying only ipe which i can prepare by my own by sitting in home. I no need to pay 4, 00, 000 nearly to fiitjee people. My whole first year wasted by joining in this fiitjee. I payed my money for iitjee course. But they are teaching me ipe. Not even upto the level of jee mains. Anoher rule in fiitjee is if i need to pay the same fees partly means year wisely, i need to pay 50, 000 thousands more. So my parents payed both twoyears fees. I m literally not satisfied with this fiitjee people. My whole first year wasted becaue of this fiitjee. I thought to join in another collage to be prepared for iitjee. But this fiitjee not only refused to refund but also asking to pay 40, 000 extra for t. C. My parents cant offer that much money again in this situation for studying inter 2nd year. Please help me in this problem sir. I need to study.
