Filpkart — Issue regarding not resolved complaint of replacement | |||||
I have made complaint by call to flipkart 4-5 times but all the times the Filpkart executives has cut the call and not listen my issue completely. However I have initiate the product return request online but still no one has come and receive the product for replacement/refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is regarding Flipkart Extended 2 Year Warranty with JPPOFFK940329 for my LED TV.
with serial No.Serial No: 1808AJB135906D01350, FSN: EWNF4PG8ZKHFCB7Z, iFFALCON K2A 138.71cm(55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV with order ID OD[protected]
As per my service request Flipkart service engineer visited my home twice on 8th Oct 2020 and on 7th Nov 2020 to inspected my TV and both engineers came to the conclusion that there was some problem with panel of my TV set. Since the TV set is under 2 years extended warranty apart from the domestic guarantee it is the responsibility of flipkart to rectify or find amicable solution to clear the issue and support customer. Whenever I follow up with flipkart service provider they immediately open a service claim and the following day they will cancel the claim as their own saying successfully completed Claim ID CLJP[protected] without resolving the problem of my TV and this continuing till now.
Problem of TV is top side of the screen a band of horizontal strip lines appeared with blinking which is very irritative to the viewers especially to my parents. I am afraid it may cause to Health Issue to my parents eyes.
Humble Request to arrange to repair my TV as early as possible.
