Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Return Pickup Delay - Order ID: OD[protected]
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue with my order (Order ID:
OD[protected], delivered on 27 May. I registered a return request on 28 May due to
receiving a damaged product.
Despite a technician visit and a grievance email sent on 18 June, my return pickup has not been
completed. The Ekart delivery agent has repeatedly cancelled the pickup, citing the absence of a
helper. This has happened three times now, and each time, I was assured by Flipkart's support that
it would be resolved.
I am extremely disappointed and mentally disturbed due to this delay and lack of resolution. Multiple
follow-ups and standard replies have yielded no results.
Therefore, I request you to process my return pickup or initiate a full refund within 48 hours. Failing
which, I will be forced to:
1. File a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in)
