[Resolved] Fini Technology — forcing to accept terms and now torturing to pay 10000 | |||
Hello sir, I recently joined a part time data entry job (Write image files that company provide in notepad) with a company named fini technology with 300 rs registration fee. The company took all my personal details (Aadhar card, address, mail, mobile) and enrolled me in hurry after taking all these details in prior they later gave the agreement which has a new clause saying i have to pay 10000 in case of not doing work which i never accepted but they say now agreement is made you have to accept. I still completed the work in 15 days. Now after 15 days they have canceled my agreement saying work was wrong and are constantly threatening me for 10000 saying they will file a case if i dont pay and are sending me some case numbers on my phone and documents on my email. They are doing fraud by taking all the work and not paying us and infact asking us to pay 10000. Below images clearly show that the work provided was having many mistakes and some words having no visible difference (W and w, j written as i, words repeating) they make us pay for their own mistakes. Mar 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a mail from consumer site and they ask for number of that fraud company. they called them on my behalf and solved my problem. | |||

Sir I paid them 300 rs and completed the work in 15 days which was 150 pages . And then I did submit them . They have sent me a report which is fake nd now they are asking for money . They have made a fake agreement and now they are harassing me . Plz help me
