I had made a complaint on 23.05, 2017 and withdrew the complaint after their written assurances that the loan would be disbursed after rectification of pendencies in the agreement. The pendencies were quite trivial and to save their face, I had agreed to their request by withdrawing the complaint

It is now found that they are telling blatant lies.

The email by their legal advisor dated 01.06.2017 had requested to complete the pendencies within 3 to 5 days and Mr Abinash had assured that they would send the scanned copy by 3rd June. However, Rahul told that the entire document would be sent through courier. A False assurance. Nothing happened. Then I wrote a mail to MD of the Company. Then the documents were sent through Courier on 20th June. Rahul called me and claimed that the delay was due to attestation of the documents by the entity. Another lie.

I sent the documents duly rectified on 27th through SPEEDPOST and it was received by then at 3.07 PM on 30.06.2017. When I called up today, Rahul said that the office was closed yesterday Another lie. Then he told that he would check with legal department which is closed today.

He told that after checking the documents, a verification team would visit the home town. There is no such clause The loan procedure of the entity says " After fulfilling the loan agreement by the applicant Company's field officer will visit to Applicant's place to disburse the loan amount. " I had already received the final verification report. They can not just now try to escape

I know there wil be offer to refund the fees. But I want Rs 2.00 lacs as compensation in addition to the fees paid for the metal harassment, unsavory telephonic comments made by Mr Vishal during verification of guarantor .

As Modiji has said India will no longer tolerate fraudsters. I have e-mailed to MD today and everything would be clear by Tuesday. Incidentally, their phone executive has promised to a friend that Rs 10.00 lacs would be disbursed within 10 days and that through cheque. Is it not a fraudulent statement.

I propose to include the Govt as a party in filing the following

I) Registrar of Companies, Jaipur for declaring the entity as a Company in their Website and in letter falsely inducing the customer to believe in falsehood. As per the statue, there is a fine of Rs500/ daily from the date of such declaration. I have received their letter 120 days back. However, I will insist that the fine may be imposed from the date of opening of the website.

ii) They have declared themselves as a NBFC Inducing customers to receive deposit and offer loan and thereby collect processing fees is a criminal offence. While I propose to write to RBI, Govt must suo motto act.

iii) Whether the entity has a moneylender's license? In case they are actually investing the funds of investors, what is the modus operandi?

On 8th May, Rahul had told me that the field officer would go by flight to Bhubaneswar to hand over the cheque. I had sent a e-mail as a confirmation. If the verification process was not complete, how he was telling about sending field officer?

I am Brajesh Kumar Pandey from Delhi, i have applied personal loan in april when i have talk fintrade financial services executive and he told send all relative document and pay processing fee 1800 after date we will process your loan i have paid that amount then again he call me and asking disbursal amount 6875 for disbursal loan amount in account i have paid that amount after that i have call many time but no one receive my call . after making all payment and send document company not giving loan on time . i want refund my all money but company not refund my money i have paid 1800+6875 so i request you kindly take necessary action regarding this. i want refund my all money and i have already sing and send company.
Did they inform anything about the agreement verification.
I mean has they found anything wrong in the agreement.
They have also asked me to send the agreement to them. I have already spend a lot of money for making this agreement. I had already cancelled my loan application in two places.
Has anyone ever get a loan from this company?
