I am filing this complaint against Fire-Boltt for failing to resolve my issue despite multiple follow-ups.

My Attempts to Resolve:
I raised a complaint with Fire-Boltt on [[protected]], and they acknowledged it, promising resolution within 48 hours. However, even after 15 days and multiple follow-ups, I have only received automated responses and no resolution.
Request:
I kindly request assistance in:
Getting my product repaired or replaced.
Ensuring Fire-Boltt provides better support to its customers.
