Hi,
I have purchased a smartwatch from Firebolt on Jan and it is in warranty and have faced issues with the product so raised compliant on website
I have raised online compliant where the ticket # 3114405 on Firebolt website, it's been as month since i have raised this compliant and I have done all the troubleshooting as they suggest which ends up with negative and immediately, I have replied to them,
Now when I'm trying to reach out to them initially, they were kept on timepassing stating as it will be escalated now within 24-48 hours we will resolve the issue, however it's not happened and now I'm unable to connect them and its declining after the IVR calls.
I have connected 5 members including the senior department however the resolution not provided and showing the status as Confirmation awaited from my end whichi s incorrect.
Kindly help me on this issue and provide me a resolution.
