I am filing this complaint against Fire-Boltt for failing to resolve my issue despite multiple follow-ups.

Details:
Product: Fire-Boltt [Smart watch -mode : Diamond black velvet]
Issue: The speaker stopped working.

My Attempts to Resolve:
I raised a complaint with Fire-Boltt on [[protected]], and they acknowledged it, promising resolution within 48 hours. However, even after 15 days and multiple follow-ups, I have only received automated responses and no resolution.

Request:
I kindly request assistance in:

Getting my product repaired or replaced.
Ensuring Fire-Boltt provides better support to its customers.

    Dear Boltt Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have received a defective item (tracking number: [protected]). We reported the issue with ticket ID-2775053, and the Fire-Boltt team kindly replaced it with a new watch. However, after one month, the same issue has reappeared (display Blank screen) and again I have file new Ticket NO 3224904 and sent mail to the firebolt team with all the necessary proof on date 11/07/2024 but as of now no action form FIRBOLT team. please help me on this issue.

      Hi,

      I have purchased a smartwatch from Firebolt on Jan and it is in warranty and have faced issues with the product so raised compliant on website

      I have raised online compliant where the ticket # 3114405 on Firebolt website, it's been as month since i have raised this compliant and I have done all the troubleshooting as they suggest which ends up with negative and immediately, I have replied to them,

      Now when I'm trying to reach out to them initially, they were kept on timepassing stating as it will be escalated now within 24-48 hours we will resolve the issue, however it's not happened and now I'm unable to connect them and its declining after the IVR calls.

      I have connected 5 members including the senior department however the resolution not provided and showing the status as Confirmation awaited from my end whichi s incorrect.

      Kindly help me on this issue and provide me a resolution.

        On 4 October 2023 I have raised my complaint's have raised complaint after multiple time i have communicate by email & by calling to customer care there was no proper response by fire boltt, then on 8 November I have received a Cheap product (Fire Bolt Talk) Instead of ( Fire-Boltt Talk 2 Pro Ultra 1.39" Round Display Stainless Steel Luxury Smart Watch). On my side i have received wrong & then in replacement the have given me Brocken watch on[protected].now the are saying my complaint is resolve and for other issue i have to complain again or other reason. its been almost 9 months . and the are also harassing me by sending false emails now.

          I have ordered a electronic watch from Flipkart and the company was fire-boltt, when it was received itself the product was display blur condition, i have tried to replace the watch in Flipkart itself, return policy was not allowed and asked to contact service center, after that i have searched for service center and went to Sakthi communication Tambaram, but they not even see the watch and refused for service, and told that this watch will be like that and asked to call customer care, after that i have raised a complaint in fire-boltt and the ticket no was 2882740, even after so much calls and mails they asked to pay 300rs for service, again i have payed the money also, they have send a mail will be followed 09.05.2024 they have reverted will issue the watch within 7to 10 working days still no response, again i called the customer care, again they asking time for 7to10 days, they don't even no the status of the ticket, very poor responses from fire-boltt side, i am following n no of times no response

              Hello Team,

              Kindly note, I purchased Fire-Boltt Phoenix Ultra Luxury Stainless Steel, Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch on 02/11/2023 from Amazon. But unfortunately, I received a defective product and it was not working properly.

              About that i had continued to follow up with Amazon customer care, but they denied my request and informed me they won't be able to replace or returned this product. Thereafter, I raised request on the consumer helpline portal, and they suggested kindly connect with Fire-Boltt service center and return this product.

              On the based-on reply, I visited Fire-Boltt service center in thane dated on 09/12/2023 and returned this defective product and they confirmed me new pic will be delivered within next 10-15 working days. The returned receipt attached here for your ready reference.

              Now, 25 days completed but I did not receive new smartwatch, however I have follow-up multiple times with your customer care number but the problem yet to be resolved.

              I humble request to you kindly consider my request and replace the smartwatch or refund my money. Kindly support.

                I was very much happy o[censored]sing fire boltt ring plus smart watch, and and suggested my friends, family and my students & colleagues to go for any of the fire boltt product because of happy customer service, but today i felt very bad about our brand, because of the customer care services also specifically the intermediator service station (ocean mobiles).

                Need support from fire boltt to resolve my product display occurs lines at the top.

I attached the conversation also with this mail. My place is 176km far away from this service station, so how can I continuously go and approach it repeatedly?

                I kindly request you to consider my obligation and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I placed an order for Fire-Boltt Dagger Luxe smartwatch on 15-Jun-23 on https://www.fireboltt.com. Order number is[protected]. While placing the order, the amount shown after discount was Rs.2999.10 and I paid the full amount through PaytmUPI. After placing the order, a revised amount of Rs.3282.52 was shown in the invoice. I assumed it to be some error as the product was shipped later. I got multiple messages from BlueDart (Courier company) about status of the product delivery. Initially, I got a message saying that I would have to pay Rs.2999.10 on delivery of product and again got a message saying that I have to pay Rs.3499 on delivery. Messages received from Bluedart is given below. During delivery, courier guy declined to provide the product to me saying that I have to pay Rs.3499. I showed him the message where I have already paid. However, he did not handover the product. Reached out to Fire-Boltt customer care regarding it and they suggested not to accept the product with additional amount paid. Hence, i had to cancel the delivery. However, this fault is from Fire-Boltt side and not my side. They should be delivering the product by providing the right details and not just cancel the product and refund. Called customer care multiple times and they standard message. The product returned to origin on 26-Jun. However, customer care is not refunding my money. They have been sending standard message that request is being looked at.

                        I ordered Fire-Boltt Talk Ultra smartwatch on 24th March and received it on 27th march from its official website. But unfortunately the side button of the watch was not working at all and the battery was draining very rapidly. It did not last for an hour.
                        Now also I am facing the same issue.

                        I have mailed them as well and waited for 10-12 days, then they asked me to share photos, I shared with them as well but then they are saying that they did not received it and I will have to go to their service center in my city.
                        I visited that as well but they told me that Fire Boltt only offers replacement to 1 out of 10 customers and they will not solve my issue.

                          I bought a smart-watch of Fire-Boltt from Amazon Order no.[protected] on 28 September 2022. In all the images and promotional ads of the watch on YouTube, Amazon and Fire-Boltt official website they have shown that the watch has a 1.28-inches big screen with no bezel. I have attached the screen shots of both Fire-boltt official website and Amazon of the images they have used. It feels like a different watch that they have used for advertisement and then the actual what they have delivered. This is very unethical and misleading the customers to buy their product. I appeal for a strict action against them and a compensation of Rs. 2 Crore for the stress and mental harassment which I have suffered due to their misleading.

                              I had purchased two smart watch from FIRE BOLTT website Product name is Smart watch BSW042 Navy 1.32 Round Fire Boltt Part no- 42BSWAAT#2 on dated 08/08/2022 invoice no- GR1Rl[protected] and i got delivery on 10/08/2022. From the first day watch was not working properly, I approach to website and search for assistance but customer care number given on website was not responding then i went to service centre at Faridabad Haryana and handed over my faulty product to them for replacement on 16/08/2022 (Call Code [protected]). But no respond even till date from service centre also (05/09/2022). The warranty of product was 12 months out of which appox I month is spent due to faulty product shipped to me. And my money got wasted. Very bad service.
                              I request you to kindly look into this matter and do needful.

                                So request for cancelation...on 14th May they initiated my refund process till date 5th September 2022 didn't get the refund from fireboltt and their support system not responding

                                  Smart watch complaint

                                  Fire boltt is the worst third class company.

                                  They don't even pick up costomer's calls not reply on mail.

                                  They don't have service centers.

                                  Within three months of purchase my smartwatch got dead.

                                  I have registered complaint with fireboltt but they are not responding at all....

                                  I ordered a Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 SpO2 Full Touch Smartwatch from Amazon. After using it for 1 month the watch suddenly started to vibrate continuously, so i raised a ticket with fore-Boltt and provided all details about Warentty and purchase. Now it's been a month after raising a ticket and no action has been taken. No one is responding for the mail also.

                                    I have purchased a product on may7th 2022. I have mailed several times for refund as the watch has been collected by them from my place and even refund is approved but i havent recd any response except for getting it done. Can a refund of 2499 take 4 months when they r promisin a refund in 6-7working days? They are not receiving calls, when i call on their call centre. Just dont know wht to do now?

                                      I have given the watch on jul 19th to the service centre & attached receipt. The service centre informed that the replacement will delivered to my home address within the next 10 days. Till now I didn’t receive my replacement watch

                                      I called the service centre & they informed we are just the vendor and the fire boltt is not sending replacement.

I tried to contact customer care (aprroximately 20 times) but the call is always on waiting, and never got connected to any executive.

But I refused my order when it was delivered on March 23, 2022. but not received any info about refund or cancellation.
